Stepping Stone Community Service – Ravenna

Finding parking in the afternoon is awful. The waiting area is smaller and crowded very often Lots of sidewalk around here so you can park a bit away and walk but they accept over the phone visits. Dr.Coven is very… caring and is very supportive and a great med Doctor! I would ask them if you accept your insurance over the phone before scheduling ahead of time when it comes to medications, counseling and all other services they offer here.

I’m was scheduling an appointment and explained that I get paid tomorrow then informed that payment was due at time of service! Sure I was tardy and missed appointments before but I was on time today! I had to… reschedule for 2 days later because I’m not sure when my paycheck was gonna land! This surely is not true care about mental health if they just want money upfront and can’t wait a day!

I set an appointment over the phone, they took my insurance information and then emailed me paperwork. I completed the paperwork before the appointment but they still waited until I arrived for my time to tell me they… no longer accept my insurance. Wasted my time driving. Be more thoughtful.

I am so very grateful for Stepping Stone, it’s so organized and has such kind caring staff. The Therapists are very intelligent and know what they’re doing. Bethany is awesome. The Office staff is awesome as well. I… would highly recommend steppingstone!!

This place is nice. And very welcoming by everyone. Troy is amazing! Very understanding, and made me feel so comfortable. Awesome guy. I definitely will recommend this place to others.

I got kicked out of stepping stones for having my dog there but doctors and other people who work there are allowed to have their dogs there

I have been going to Stepping Stone for over a year (maybe close to 2 years) and the staff has always been amazing and friendly. When I have neighbors, friends, or anyone that mentions needing mental health help I… always recommend Stepping Stone.

Steppingstone, came into the Merriman a made huge difference in a lot of people's lives. I appreciate Shannon. She is the best. SHANNON help so many people just like a normal day for her its amazing very very… intelligent always looks you in eyes when when she talks to you Thank you steeping stone, you were godsend. Specially to send the people that you sent to the Merriman, it was godsend. Thank you for doing that!!!!!!

I certainly do not recommend this place first its not handicap accessible then they don't have any counselors on staff yet scheduled us for an intake it doesn't make sense and what they did is extremely discouraging… Shame on this location

Very hard to reach staff and don't call back when you leave voicemail, my provider made no effort to reschedule an appointment with me when she missed it. Also, I didn't really like either of the two therapists I had.… I'm going to be going elsewhere.

Absolutely astonishing Place, wonderful, caring, and understanding, helpful staff! I don’t normally do reviews but this place deserves it! The people I know and been getting services with have been so supportive, not… judge-mental, they understand mental health is a big deal and we deserve a better Version of ourselfs, healthier lifestyle and mental health! They just want to see the best in people who walk through their doors and leave with a smile feeling better! I recommend this place 100% to anybody needing services, mental heath anything! This is the place! Iv been to many places I never loved a place as much I love this place, and the people there the things you can learn! ☺️☺️

This place is the place to be for anyone dealing with Mental Health, Addiction, and Recovery or simply just needing some counseling. I have witnessed how they cared for their clients, support them throughout their… recovery, and guide them through along the way. From the owner to their counselors, mental health providers, peer supporters, and receptionist - they are all skilled in what they do and put patients first always. Keep up the good work and God Bless you all!

Very helpful to me when I was dealing with grief and depression. Everyone was professional and polite. My experience was beneficial. I would recommend them to others.

Non-judgemental place. You're within the presence of a counselor who is intellectual and compassionate. Not what I expected, so much superior to my expectations. I look forward to showing up for appointments. Relaxing… meetings, I mean, especially with me, considering I'm anxious over most everything. The counselor/owner of Stepping Stone, is unlike any counselor I've ever had. Such a casual and fun-freeform feeling to meetings. The best counseling experience I've had, has been here. And I've had many counselors. I'd definitely recommend this to everyone who needs some counseling. She even is willing to drive to clients to counsel them. Wow! She's a great human being.
