Got BPD? The receptionist already knows how deflect every last inquiry to make sure you give up looking for any kind of support or services. Calling for services and getting this kind of reception from someone who is… ostensibly a mental healthcare worker is appalling. Your organization's public engagement represents some very lax standards and training.

This office is closed on Saturdays. Accurate cmmunication is important.

Failed me at my lowest point. Not enough bad things to say about this place and the people who run it

If you care about your mental health, and getting better, do not go to this clinic or any other Team “Wellness” Center. Expect 2 and a half minute medication reviews, and 10 minute psychiatric evaluations. Very high… likelihood that you will be misdiagnosed here at intake. For frame of reference, med reviews take at least 15-20 minutes at other clinics by respectable professionals. Psychiatric evaluations set the foundation for your course of treatment, they should take at least 45 minutes. They can’t manage paperwork to save their lives so if you get a bill in the mail that you can’t pay, fight it. Very big chance the signatures and consent forms they have for you are outdated so they can’t technically bill your insurance LOL

Actual clown show of a mental healthcare center. They claim to offer resources for people who are low income or uninsured with paperwork readily available to access online but the moment you ask the receptionists stare… at you open mouthed and ask why you don't have insurance, and tell you that you "made it up" even if you come in with the necessary paperwork in hand FROM THEIR WEBSITE. Calls get ran in circles and emails get ignored so you'd get more done by just talking to a brick wall about your problems because then it would be less of a headache. Legitimately everyones first day on earth in that place. It sucks because my care team was so wonderful and helped me greatly when I had access to them. Sad that its so inaccessible while claiming to be a community focused care center.

My daughter is Autistic and ADHD and goes here. She absolutely adores Corey and Avia as do I. Avia is truly the biggest support for me with all of her supports and Corey is the BEST around. Both him and his wife work as… therapist and are absolutely amazing. Avia hands down works her butt off to help all her families get everything they are entitled to and makes navigating this complex life as a mom of a special needs child as easy as possible. I could not do this and work full time without them.

Hurt me more than they helped . I’d have a different therapist every time I went it seemed and they didn’t really care. The psychiatrists didn’t care at all either .

I have seen Sara C .twice so far and she has changed my whole life thought. She's woke me up to positive and happy thoughts. I have done so many good changes because of our talks. She cares, she listens and I have never… felt so wonderful. I have never felt this happy bout all the good changes in my life. Thank you Sara C.

Only the doctor is good

Therapists are competent and caring. Front desk staff worker on Monday 12/22 was not welcoming. No eye contact, no greeting, no smile when I walked in. I didn’t know if she was working or waiting for me to tell her when… my appointment was.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but after my experience, I had to warn others. I went to Team Wellness Center in Southgate, Michigan, and it was absolutely horrific. I’ve never seen a psychiatrist’s office show such… little concern or understanding for patient care. The doctor there refused to continue prescribing a medication (Cymbalta) that I’ve been taking for four years—for fibromyalgia and depression claiming they “don’t do pain medication.” Cymbalta is an SSRI, not a narcotic, and suddenly stopping it is extremely dangerous. Instead of listening or reviewing my medical records, they wanted me to quit cold turkey! I walked right out and never looked back. After that nightmare, I was honestly terrified to switch psychiatrists again. Thankfully, I found Mindful Health Group, and it was night and day compared to Team Wellness. From the moment I walked in, the staff were patient, kind, and truly attentive. They reviewed my transferred records, respected my history, and worked with me to maintain stability while adjusting my treatment plan responsibly. If you value being listened to and treated like a human being not a chart number please skip Team Wellness Center altogether. Go to Mindful Health Group instead. They’re compassionate, professional, and actually put patients first. Team Wellness: cold, careless, unhelpful. 💖 Mindful Health Group: warm, informed, and genuinely caring.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the support and care we’ve received from Marion Davis. From the very first appointment, she has gone far above and beyond for my mother and our family. She has been… consistently attentive, compassionate, and proactive in ways that I’ve rarely experienced in the healthcare system. Whenever I’ve reached out with concerns, she has responded immediately and with such genuine care, always making sure that we are connected with the right practitioners and resources. Her dedication is truly unmatched. What stands out the most is that she doesn’t just “do her job,” she truly cares. She listens deeply, understands the urgency of mental health challenges, and acts quickly to provide solutions. She has brought a sense of relief and hope into a very difficult situation, and I honestly don’t know how we would have managed without her guidance and support. If you are ever fortunate enough to have Marion on your care team, know that you will be treated with dignity, compassion, and true professionalism. She is a rare gem in this field, and we are so thankful for her.

The absolute best care I've received and full of some many resources and people to help you find them. The convenience of the pharmacy is also a plus.

I was feeling deeply suicidal, fighting those feelings, and they assigned me a therapist who had never met someone who wanted to die before!!!!!!! I’d never met someone so well intentioned but CONDESCENDING in my entire… life. Then there was the time I had to see someone about a medical issue and my heart started racing. The technician got the ick and cancelled my appointment when I refused an ambulance ride. “Refused to see me because I was having chest pains” is the summation of my history with this terrible place.

Most people were very kind. The real concern I have with it is lack of biblical knowledge. The lack of understanding of spiritual warfare. In just a few questions they want to push meds without prayer or being led by… the Spirit. With this I pray that they are led to doing what is right and getting to know Christ. All Glory to God who strengthens us.

I've been neglected at this clinic. I only know my therapist name. I have a different physchiatrist every month. I've never spoken to my peer support specialist. I've called and left several messages for different… people one person calls me back and I can't remember her name but she can never help me with my problem it's always someone else job but they never call back.

This place is a joke in all reality. At least if you want good mental health services. They’ll let you run out of meds every month, don’t send anything over ever. Psychiatrist is okay but I’m constantly running out of… meds before my next visit. They say they’ll send over a refill over to the pharmacy then they never send it and I’m out of meds for multiple days until my next visit. They never give me enough meds, then when I run out my case worker is like “your psychiatrist isn’t in for another week” I get severe withdrawals from my meds if I go off of them. The therapists are absolute jokes. Don’t even waste your time here, it isn’t worth it at all. Not to mention if your therapist leaves, they won’t tell you anything! You’ll be waiting to hear back from a therapist that’s no longer there. They don’t actually give a care in the world about your mental health. If you want your time wasted and severe withdrawal without meds, go here! Currently looking somewhere else.

New patient. Was very pleased by the experience from check in through exam. Nurse Practitioner Caitlin McDaniel has the skill set you are looking for in a professional physician which is providing complete, concise and… valuable examinations and developing value added care planning tailored for my unique situation. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable at every stage of the process. The other staff were kind, compassionate and professional. I am thankful I am under their care. Thank you Team for easing my transition into your practice!!!

I've been a member of team wellness for a little over 2 years. I have found a perfect fit with my therapist Sara callison. I love being able to go in person weekly putting my mental health before anything else. It's… honestly like catching up with a best friend! I absolutely adore the nurse practitioner Michael who has always been able to fit me in during a medication adjustments. How wonderful that you could call team wellness 24 hours a day speak to a person when you need assistance of any kind. My niece recently started services how awesome that they have a pediatrician on hand. One stop shop for sure!
