Took me months to find a therapist that was a DBT and EMDR therapist since our Insurance only allows Us one Therapist. Anyway, finally found a therapist through this place had three sessions before they decided to call… and cancel me indefinitely because my insurance doesn’t cover my sessions 🙄 I mean, I gave them all my insurance information right from the jump and it was covered just fine four sessions and now it’s a problem I begged and pleaded with them to try and fix it turned me away moral of the story. Don’t get too comfortable with a therapist because they just might decide a weekend, two weeks in a month and that they don’t want your insurance anymore. And they could care less about your needs Not speaking about individual Therapist I’m talking about this Corporate company.. trash I’d give zero stars if I could

They provided lots of appointment reminders. Loved that they accommodate later appointments and virtual. Provider was very down to earth, understanding, easy to talk to, listened and asked questions. Will continue to… work with them. People helping People

Love my therapist, been going here for a long time and I've never felt better, I still get anxiety in large places it large crowds but I think that's because I'm always in a rush and don't have time for bs but I… recommend this place 10 out 10

Zain Choudhry MD is an excellent provider in Psychiatry. He works with me to manage my condition with medication management, education, and encourages me in the pursuit of optimal health to improve my quality of life.… He has been trustworthy, kind, and truly cares about my well being. Though he is very busy, he has a very good staff that a patient can call to get a refill, ask a medical question, or relay a message to Dr. Choudhey if you have a need before you next med management appointment. Together with my therapist, I feel I have a silid and effective team that helps me manage my condition.

Great place to go and talk with someone they will help you find the medication or set you up with another physician.

Booking is user-friendly, pay online about an hour in advance of the appointment. Multiple reminders is mildly annoying but effective / I won’t forget an appointment. Receptionist has a high- volume phone call… responsibility; a sign-in sheet would be nice so I can simply give my name on paper and sit down instead of waiting until she finishes her call. I do check in online so maybe it’s not necessary however, the signs in the waiting room say that I should check in. It feels like the right thing to do to write my name somewhere when I arrive even if it’s just my first name or initials.

Trinity always takes good care of me. I can trust her with anything and she is vary insightful when it comes to helping me through my issues.
