How Much Does Rehab Cost With Northwell Direct?

It depends entirely on the employer or fund plan, and only one schedule has been published. Under the 32BJ Health Fund arrangement, participants pay a $0 copay for primary care, specialist and behavioral health visits with Northwell doctors in the 5 Star Center network, down from $40, with a $75 copay for outpatient hospital care and $100 for inpatient hospital care at Northwell hospitals, down from $250 and $1,000.

Those figures belong to that fund alone. The fund estimated first-year savings of $46 million, about 20%, with roughly $5 million of that in participant out-of-pocket costs and fee schedule increases capped at 5% a year.
