I’m so grateful for Time to recover. Being in Hanover you are very limited on D&A treatment. Dave and Jake are amazing and worked with me due to work and other small hiccups in me life. I was always treated with… kindness and respect. I’ve been to every treatment center in Hanover. Hands down this the best experience and approach in treatment I’ve ever experienced.

Wow! What can I say! TTR is beyond supportive, compassionate, and truly know their stuff. From my toughest times, darkest days, and so forth, I lost hope at one point. During those challenging times, I really only had… God and them. I spent many nights, lost, confused, and tormented. With their help, I’ve been able to make a 360 and live a meaningful life for myself and my children. Thank you TTR! thank you so much.

Love this place stands out from any other out patient treatment I've ever been to before, very diverse in tactics with virtual reality therapy calming ear seeds u can tell and feel here it's about more than the money a… family and truly different approach that catches attention and really works the areas focused on unlike the same old boaring group rooms and paper work glad I choose here highly recommended!!!

I’m posting again because my previous review — along with another reviewer’s — was removed not once but three times. There was another individual's review who asked the same question as I am. Again the review was… deleted. I did not know that you can delete a review but it is definitely apparent that one can. I have serious concerns about the authenticity and transparency of the reviews for this business. This program appears to have only recently opened (2/25) yet there are already dozens of reviews. It raises valid questions about how that is possible for a new outpatient facility. Additionally, it’s concerning that reviews that are not 5-stars seem to be removed, while only positive ones remain visible. Transparency is important, especially in a healthcare setting where trust is critical. I would encourage anyone considering services here to take a closer look at the reviewer profiles and locations. Many reviews appear to come from individuals outside the local area, which may not reflect actual client experiences within this community. There were also elements on the website and messaging that I personally found questionable for a treatment setting, about the owner wine sipping which is alerting because it is a substance use treatment center. That as well has been taken down. I believe potential clients and families deserve clear, honest, and accurate information when making decisions about treatment. The phrase “no record of you contacting or receiving services” can create HIPAA/privacy concerns because it publicly states the person was not a patient/client. If someone is in treatment and there is not a release to that person, you are not able to confirm or deny if the individual was or not. You clearly denied I was a patient, which is a violation of my confidentiality. I am reporting this. Also, where did the other 30 something reviews go that I was discussing? Don’t trust these people with reviews from online non-clinical services. It’s a whole different ball game clinically. How many people have gone through his program and graduated? ZERO

The owners are people of genuine integrity, and it shows in every aspect of how the center is run. They truly care about the individuals they serve, going above and beyond to provide support, encouragement, and a safe… environment for growth and healing. The staff is professional, persistent, and deeply dedicated to the work they do. Their commitment is evident in the way they show up consistently, treat everyone with respect, and remain patient throughout the recovery process. This is not just a place that offers services it’s a place where people are truly invested in your progress and well-being. I would highly recommend this center to anyone seeking a supportive and trustworthy environment for rehabilitation.

This is a much needed start up recovery company, that will offer a continued road to recovery for York and Hanover area.

Time to Recover is place i would call the lords safe space home🙌🏽♥️🙌🏽the workers here are heaven sent. Manager Danida is EVERYTHING🙌🏽♥️🙌🏽 Everyone here is an angel nd blessing for all whom come🙌🏽
