I worked with Jesse Zortman before I moved, and I’m so thankful I did. Jesse is kind, easy to talk to, and creates a space where you feel comfortable and genuinely heard. He helped me through a really difficult time,… and I’m grateful for all the support and guidance I received. I would absolutely recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate therapist. This whole office is truly fantastic from the moment you make your first call.

They are absolutely amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the therapists are friendly and helpful. We have been going there for years. They work with the client and the family members to get the best possible… treatment plan with guidance for now & the future. You could walk in feeling tense and walk out feeling relaxed. I have recommended them to family & friends.

Several relatives I know very well have been going to Laurel Life for treatment. I can see a difference in how well they have progressed in different areas and in how much happier and content they have become. They… report that staff are very caring and helpful in assisting with reasonable goals. I would highly recommend Laurel Life as I can see improvement for clients that are treated there.

My son's seems to really like this place. He's been going a little over a month. I like that you can do video visits if in school. He's tried others' previous and ended up not making as much progress.

I gave it 3 stars souly for how amazing the secretary was and I liked the intake person who was also the manager. However, the lady who does the medication is completely checked out! I take certain meds. My ADHD med… needed a prior authorization. I waited over a month, maybe more before I gave up and left. My new psychiatrist got my authorization done in a day! A day I say! lol The psychiatrist lady I met several times, did absolutely nothing, said very little, never looked up from her computer, blamed my prior auth on the staff even though she is ultimately responsible. I needed that medication. This is not a game!

I have to say I'm at the start of my therapy I couldn't ask for better people!! The receptionist is so kind and I really enjoy my therapist miss Rachel. Definitely recommend this office.

Everyone is very pleasant here but I can never seem to get ahold of anybody to fill my sons prescription!

Just was not a good fit for my child. The therapist did not offer any coping skills for my daughter. The psychiatrist was very nice and got my daughter to open up but then gave her the choice of being medicated or not.… I was not treated well when I requested records to give to her school. Over all I would not recommend this place.
