My cousin goes here and they changed her life. She is a total different person now- in a good way. Genesis saved her life and gave her children their mother back. I never used to agree with anyone getting on methadone.… I used to believe it was trading one addiction for another until i seen the changes my cousin made. I will forever be an advocate for methadone treatment now. Thank you Genesis

Nice as a whole. However if you get on their bad side it's only a matter of time before they collude to get you gone. It starts at the top. I truly believe if there were changes with management then they would have a… more positive and productive relationship with there clients.

I love this clinic

They are always there for me. They take the time out and talk to me if I need to talk. They’re good people and I’m so happy I switched two years ago from another program.

This program in westminster md the staff are friendly and kind .....they do not judge nor compare you to anyone I have been clean now for 8 months and it's bc of this program I've been guest dosed by them now I'm a… client and I love it thank again 💖

I have never been to a clinic where I felt more like a person rather than a number or a paycheck. I feel safe comfortable and welcome while sitting here for hours waiting on a ride. The front staff knows me by name and… they greet me with respect every time I come in. Counselors are always there for me when need be and they always check on me even when I'm just sitting out in the lobby waiting for my ride. I never feel like I'm being rushed or pushed out while waiting. The ones that dose me know me by name and they're very welcoming as well. Everybody is always there when I have a question and I'm truly grateful for Jeff the therapist. Who helps me with issues that I have at home and in my personal life. So I highly recommend this place.

I would like to say I've been to Genesis for a long time now they are very good they help you stay clean and when you have a problem going on there right there to listen I would really recommend going to Genesis instead… of BH anytime

This is one of the best clinics i have been to in the US. I traveled all over the country and have been to 30+ clinics. The staff is very compassionate, from the front desk clerks, to the nurses, counselors and the new… doctor. I travel 1.5 hours each way to get to this clinic and will continue to do so. Thanks again Genesis.

I used to go here until i moved the people that work there are super great they don't talk down on u they treat u with respect i would recommend coming back if i ever moved back ......... That u genius for all your hard… work 😂

This establishment is by far the best establishment of its kind in the Carroll county area. When you walk into the place you feel like a person not a number. From the front desk staff to the medical staff, counselors… and even security staff are all very pleasant and kind. If you're struggling with opiate addiction, this is the place you want to go. They also offer IOP classes and other recovery resources. Thank you Genesis for the stability I find in my life today.

I've been to multiple programs this is by far the best. Nursing staff is great. My counselor Lakyia is the best counselor or therapist I've ever had she's very relatable.

Staff at Genesis is great. Especially Ms Linda with her great smile and Tyler at the front desk is the best and deserves a huge pay raise. Highly recommend.

Love this place. It saved my life. Been clean for almost a year this time around. I was here for the birth of my grandson and all due to my counselor there. They are so willingly to help to the fullest. They are open… they are friendly . Love them to death. They help me whenever I need them for everything in their hands to help with..

From the very start of walking in- there’s a calm, welcoming setting similar to a doctors office. They do a great job getting everyone in and out in a timely matter, there’s almost never a line. Outside doesn’t have… people hanging out or loitering. The front desk are welcoming kind and helpful people. Nursing staff are kind and welcoming, they will eventually turn into family to you. The counselors are ALL great, understanding and helpful. The owner listens if you have any issues and addresses them accordingly and with fairness and understanding. This place saved my life, in every way. If you are struggling with addiction and in the area- please consider Genesis. I am now 5 years clean with their help. I have a new home, car and even a brand new baby boy I get to smile at every day. I never in a million years thought my life would not only return to normal, but be even better than ever. TRY IT! This place is awesome. From the people at the front desk , to the counselors , to the dosings nurses. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely care about everyone here. Incredibly respectful and caring ❤️ My counselor jan… is wonderful.. I've had some very hard times this past year , and everytime I need someone to talk to she always here, always helping me get through my obstacles... She always listens and helps me through whatever I'm dealing with. Thank you to everyone who works Here at genesis , many lives would have been lost, if it weren't for you guys .
