BH Health Services Inc – Westminster

I transferred here back in October '25' under some some bad circumstances of my own creation. I did not think very highly of this place. The administration is very stern and they do things their own way. However, as I… adjusted and they got to know me I have had nothing but good things to say about BH, the nurses (Zelda, Amber)and especially my counselor, Megan. She has always made herself available. We have had not only routine conversations, we have had the type of personal, in depth conversations that help you to grow as an individual. BH is what you make it and overall it has been good to me.

You couldn't pay me to come back

My boyfriend (he is leaving a great review also) and I have been a client at BH a little over a year and we both think the entire staff is wonderful!!! They always treat us with kindness, respect and compassion. I have… been to 2 other facilities in Laurel & Cherry Hill and BH is by far a much better Facility. Each and every staff member has greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing EVERY time and I consider them all to be more than just "staff". My Counselor Megan is phenomenal, she answers every phone call or text message and really listens to what I have to say and sometimes I'm sure I ramble, lol. I can talk to her about anything and her advice has helped me many, many times. I consider her more than my counselor she's my friend. I have NEVER had a false positive, EVER. I think you have to be honest with yourself and not blame BH, that's a part of recovery, personal responsibility. BH's staff members are a big part of the reason I am currently at the highest Level, Stage 4, and I am over 6 months clean!!! Hats off to you BH because of you I'm sober and I finally have my life back!!!! YOU GUY'S ARE ALL WONDERFUL AND SUPPORTIVE!!! FOREVER GRATEFUL!!🙏🩷

Complete fraud of medical services. Abusive of clients similar to opiate street trade. Even the " security" doesnt have enough self respect to have a name just a letter. Culture ? How?Never once met my counsellor in 2… years in person, so i have come daily while counselor has her kids on zoom while clients are talking.They make you sign your treatment plan as part of your check in process. So in essence, withholding the medication from clients until they sign. Let's be honest when withdrawing are we competent? I mean legally so much leniency is geared toward the addicts I wonder why? It's in best interest of places like this to take advantage of vulnerable ppl.They have to get their poud of flesh as well. So go here if u have no stable medication. Understand it's up to u in order to get other things in your life square that maybe leading to using. Other than that methadone as detox is awesome

This place is awful. If you want to keep your sobriety, GO ANYWHERE but here. The owners only care about money. They could care less about the patients. Everything is always on their schedule and they give no lead way.… Daily there are angry clients just trying to get dosed but the clinic always has issues. Horrible service.

If I could give no stars, I would. I have nothing but issues at this place. The doctor refused me to start my detox. They DO NOT care about the patients, they are only there for money. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE… DESPERATE!!

Please, nobody go to this awful place. Go to Genesis if you need methadone. A heartless Indian named (Dr.) Imanoel runs this ghetto dump. Imanoel is pathologically incapable of compassion or sympathy. Nobody working at… BH cares about you or your recovery in the slightest. Imanoel is cruel, and that pathetic little troll enjoys the power he wields over vulnerable people who depend on methadone to keep them drug-free and alive. Imanoel is a cold, heartless parasite who presides over a ghetto back-alley type clinic which facilitates an atmosphere of constant oppression. Patients are frequently visibly angry at BH because of the cold way they're treated by Imanoel. All this DUMP cares about is getting your $$$, and once they have that, they want nothing to do with you. You deserve better than this continued abuse. Go to Genesis, please. They're not criminals there like they are at BH "Health Services".

If possible, choose another methadone clinic to go to. This facility is not to help people it’s only to make money. The counselors meet with you when it’s convenient for them or when they must to do paperwork when you… call and try to speak to your counselor for help more often than not they do not return your call. They pick and choose the rules that they follow . If you do something wrong, in the rule book you are penalized, when you point out an error they have committed their is always an excuse to why it is acceptable.

Both my girlfriend and I go here. I've been here for almost 10 yrs and only thing this place does is get off on control.

This place treats its clinets as nothing more then a number. They dont care . Do not take the time to do anything but rush you along act and treat you with disrespect. Super unhappy with BH

This place is AWFUL. They have new counselors every other week, the administrative staff is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. The nurses are the only good thing about that place. The doctor is condescending and just… plain ignorant. Go to genesis it’s way better.

I love all the nurses and doctors the employees their all here to help day and night is not all about the meds the actually care about your self and well being.......... thanks to everyone their

Worst place ever. My brother went here, he had to go back to rehab-long term. When he went to the clinic the last day they would not give him his week of take homes and said he had to call and verify he was at the… facility and they would send his medication. So he got there and they called immediately to have his bottles sent the next day. And guess what? They never sent them!! It’s hard enough to get somebody to go to rehab but then when they get there and they don’t have medication that they obviously will get sick without it’s horrible. He was ready to leave! The rehab is trying to get him to a hospital to dose him but he’s been to 2 so far and neither would do it. This could be enough to make him leave and go back on the street. BH in Westminster is worthless! Go to genesis if you live here.

I've gone there a long time and if you're serious about doing things right, it's all good. If you're trying to get over, your probably gonna get caught...

Don't go here. Go to Genesis. Been here for a year and a half and it's nothing but stress every single day. Nothing against the counselors. It's mainly the administration staff and their ever changing policies that they… change every week to make their lives easier. I've been trying to get my second take home back for 3 weeks now. They don't push papers. They don't do their jobs well. For people that work with addicts you would think they had some care towards us especially working in this kind of business. There's always an excuse as to why I haven't received my take home. Seriously do not come here. Oh just 15 minutes of our times??? Seriously more like an hour or two of my time every week. You've been warned. Do not go to this clinic.

It's not true that things work if you want. I am doing great since the day I started. Haven't touched anything for over a yr. But when false positives started happening. It's messed up. I sit and listen it happens alot
