Sheppard Pratt – Westminster

Tried to call as a new patient twice and never got through to anyone. It says to leave a voicemail with name, DOB, and contact number. I did that two days in a row and then waited over a week with no response. Super… frustrating and I would not trust them with my mental health.

Very polite and understanding with my situation. Helpful and they just don't hear me, but really listen to what I am saying. So kind.

I've been going there for years and have no desire to go anywhere else, unless I have to.

They have always been there for me. Whether it be the main psychologist psychiatrist or counselors. My counselor has been unavailable temporarily but a alternative counselor was offered but I liked mine so much I… declined. I'm finding I missed her very much and I'm looking forward to reconnecting soon. My previous counselor was a male and I didn't think I would be able to reconnect with a new counselor, I was very wrong. If you give yourself half a chance to participate you will benefit tremendously.

Staff cares a a lot and most of them has pretty good emotional intelligence to help us cope on a daily bases.

They are wonderful concerning people without them and God I don't know where I would have been🙏

I have been a patient at Sheppard Pratt for 24 years and I am Glad they are there to help me thru the loss of my Mother and to keep myself in touch with the World without getting lost again , I would give them a ten if… it was from 1 to 10 .

Black girl up front is very moody , I don’t know why she works there when she is obviously miserable working there.

Always have an excellent experience, Refill requests are always called in within hours of leaving the message for the request. Telehealth appointments are always on time and convient.

The doctors and therapists here are top notch.

My treatment team is always helpful and compassionate. Carly and Dr. Trachavitch always have solutions for my problems.

I have telehealth appointments within my own home. I have weekly appointments with my therapist who is so wonderful, compassionate and caring. I have a psychiatrist who is wonderful as well. We talk once a month or… whenever I need him as well as my therapist. Sheppard Pratt is a well known organization to help persons with a mental disease. They are fabulous and if you need help call.

I been a patient for 10yrs,they changed name 3 times and closed my office. But thanks to Covid everything was Zoom West Minister accepted me and Dr. T and Jasmine has been the best and my only lifeline.

I was treated what respect and dignity.

Agnes is always a joy to work with! I’ve been with her a long time. I lost my therapist, Meaghan, who I really liked a lot, but I know the next one will be good as well.
