These people refuse to refund monies paid to them by guests for expenses owed to guests. I had to spend about $63.00 out of my own pocket because they refused to show any respect for my staying there as a guest. They… show no respect for someone having a career or professional work of their own at TLCR; they just try to control people and get them to abide by rigid, nonsensical rules which are actually damaging...

The place is based on Recovery but it is a rigidly, regimented, unbending & controlling facility demanding much cooperation from its 'members.'. I was treated there like what I do with my beautiful career and work isn't… important; a contradiction and then some to the principles of recovery. People enter renters' houses without authority--from the staff--smoke vipes and interrupt the privacy of guests who've agreed to pay them rent. The house is pretty much a mess and the rent is raised by the month. The case-manager I had was very rude and excessively demanding, showing zero to little regard for my creative work which actually goes into the area of Recovery!! All they do is defend their rigid rulebook! The supervisor twists things around and is very immature. Staff members are excessively demanding...

I wish i could give you guys zero stars. Absolutely the worst. These people only care about money and control; they LOVE to tell you its all about your "recovery" but honestly they don't care. I can say good things… about FEW peer supports.

This organization is horrible! They treat people very badly and they do not provide any services that they advertise. Instead, they use, abuse and mistreat people! They just don't show their bad side to the public… because they wanna keep their image beautiful. Trust me people, this place is horrible! I was there for over a year!
