Turning Point House – Eden

Ended up leaving because the woman "doctor" they have working here is a joke. Openly refers to patients as junkies. Have a medical condition that is debilitating and she wouldn't do anything.

I highly recommend to anyone who really wants the help. Beautiful living space and great staff!

Some one filed a false review about Caz Recovery and Turning Point using my name. This is my real review / testimony. Turning point rehab is a gorgeous brand new building it's like staying a hotel without the pool. Caz… Recovery Inc did an amazing job by selecting Renee to be the program director as well with selecting Alyssa to be Assistant director. And this is my thought of each staff member. Renee has always had time to speak with me and she is never on her personal phone at work everytime I see her she's work hard as always. If it wasn't for Renee allowing me to take my NYS Barber Exam I wouldn't of had my barbers license and here's the kicker Caz Recovery set me up with access vr who paid for my schooling and tools so Renee =5* Alyssa is very fair and reasonable any time I needed her for anything she was right there and shes an amazing yoga instructor she gets 5*. Every single counselor Jess Eric Michelle Javier and Sarah and little Debbie were always respectful and caring and gave me great information and always supported me and any time I asked for help or to teach more about self sabotage or anything they took the time to do so and I feel like I built and great unique relationship with each and everyone there. Yoga is a voluntary group no one is forced to do anything they don't want to. I had Regina as my doctor as tph not Theresa and they supplied me with my meds they never took me off any medication ever so they were both great to me. John the driver who was my counselor twice is the most straightforward dude I ever met I built an amazing professional relationship with that man he has Never once encouraged anyone to drink or do drugs nor did any other staff member. Jose is also great he has helped me in more ways than anyone I can think of. The entire nursing crew CJ Brie and Deb always made sure I had my refills and they scheduled all of my appointments any time I was sick they made sure I was seen and got the proper treatment I needed. As for the Night staff Ron and big money Mike they were always down to earth and cool as hell to talk to them 2 guys are true gems. Turning point helped me get my life back and find myself again they supplied me with housing treatment, a barbering career and many great times. What other rehab will take you to Walmart meeting the beach and bison and bills games NOT ONE but turning did all of those things for me plus Alot more. Turning point truly cares it's the residents who come in and don't want to be clean are the ones who get mad and trash talk the place because the doctor takes them off of Narcotics in a inpatient treatment facility where the residents who want to stay clean can stay clean so if u don't want to be clean don't come to to turning point but if u do wanna get clean and receive the best medical care groups and help as possible then go to turning point. IM THE REAL DAVID KNIERY AND I APPROVE THIS MESSAGE!!!

I have visited this facility a few times. The desk folks are extremely nice, and there with the intent to help others. I have enjoyed speaking with them when I've stopped by. I wish them all the warm wishes to keep up… their hard work!

Truly blessed to have been given the gift of a new sober life by the by the grace of God and every single amazing person that works here at Turning Point House. They are all truly committed to helping me with my… recovery, and go above and beyond on a daily basis.

If your here to get sober this this the place to go! The staff make you feel like your family. The councilors are fantastic! Shout out to Beverly! She was my counselor, and made me feel so comfortable, confident about… my recovery! This was like a home to me! Also a big thank you to Lorie for being there every time I needed to talk! I’ll keep this place very close to my heart, but it was easy getting in, but hard to go on with my recovery. Thank you all for being there when I needed help!

My husband is there and he is receiving proper education and care

My son was at this place...it was the worst place he ever been in..the men that are there they found out my son was leVing as for the director threatened him over and over he is going to jail...for not reason at all..he… went the very next day and he said this all my stuff the ignorant lady said Yes..well we got home...AND HE SEEN MORE THEN HALF OF HIS BELONGING WERE MISSING..AND ALL OF HIS PERSONALS.when he called to tell them she said oh well we ain't responsible for your stuff...So basically they didnt care...but that's ok.we filed reports on 4 of the people who work there...the place be shut down very soon....
