BestSelf Behavioral Health – North Collins Detox and Rehab Services

BestSelf Behavioral Health – North Collins carries a listing for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

BestSelf Behavioral Health – North Collins Address, Location and Contact Information

The facility address is 2101 Spruce Street, North Collins, New York, 14111. Erie County covers this area. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.

They do more harm than good. Avoid them at all costs, especially Hannah, Sarah and Megan. Lousy office staff too.

They will definitely hold you in a place of misery for financial gain, especially Stephanie Berta. Beware!

Sadly, I was told they only do mornings, and don't do Fridays. When I told them I only have a vehicle available in the mornings on Fridays.

A twelve year old got kicked out of counseling because of something someone said. This place only replys to the 5 star comments and neglecting a child for getting the help she needs just disgusts me. The counselors name… was Kimberlee (Kim)

So basically my counselor said she would teach me coping skills then something happened and my mom talked to the counselor (Kimberlee aka miss Kim) then she started to YELL at me and told me I could never change and… kicked me out. She told her to call the cops on me if I acted out again.

This place kicked out a 12 year strugling with mental health issue and dr.kimbrlee told her she could never change and told her mother if she acts out to call the cops. This place is disrespecful and only responds to 5… stars dr.kimbrlee lied to her mom and said she asked to leave. overall this place is disgusting and it makes me sick having too say this

I've been going to BestSelf for about 6 months now and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The onboarding process was simple, informative, and well organized. The front desk girls always have a smile on, ready… to welcome you the moment you walk in. My therapist, Dana, has truly been a blessing because she goes above and beyond to help. She really takes the time to listen, understand, and work through the challenges I bring to her. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people, and her personality makes every session comfortable and supportive. I can honestly say my therapy sessions with her have helped me so much with my confidence, emotional awareness, and my overall mental health. I'm super thankful for this experience and look forward to continuing sessions with BestSelf ! :)

I was told to go here because the place I was going to no longer would take new patients with Medicaid even though I've been at the facility for years referred me to this place And when I went to this place I felt like… I was being punished I did not feel that this place was accommodating me for my needs but my medicine instead they made me feel like I had no idea what I was taking and treating me as a more as a person abusing them then needing them

Currently a patient. They are under staffed, the staff is overloaded with patients and does not give each patient the attention they deserve to make real progress. Pathetic that this is the only option for people that… need to see a psychologist, nurse, and nurse practitioner for mental health and abuse. Everyone of the counselors and nurses lie about whatever they want and change their procedures to accommodate them.

This place was great Dr. plump was the best Dr.Ainsworth was also great compassionate and easy to talk to - I have been in this center for over 7 years never had a problem- But was recently kicked out of the practice… and never had been contacted I moved I KNOW I gave my new address to reception and all I was told was a letter was sent to let me know but that letter was sent to my old home no phone call no email to let me know- So now I am screwed no last script to get me thru until I see a new Dr. that is unsafe and is enough to send someone back into using or even if bad enough- Suicide - good job BestSelf you really have your patients well being in mind- Disgusting patient care just disgusting

I've been going to Best Self for about 6 or 7 years. Everyone is extremely kind, considerate, and efficient. They manage my medication, and provide counseling. I'm lucky enough to say that Sara Booth has been my… counselor 2 x a month all these years. She is phenomenal. She listens, is compassionate, has offered to go above and beyond ..... as in hold a family group counseling session. I think of her more as a friend than a counselor. If I need to speak to her in between appointments, she will call me... briefly... but long enough to calm me down. On nights or weekends, Best Self has a number to call if you are having a very tough time. You are connected with a live counselor. Once, a man talked to me for about an hour. It will most likely be about 30 min. It's such a comfort knowing I'm not "alone". Don't let the facade of the N. Collins building turn you off. It just proves they're not pocketing more money than they need to stay afloat. If you're on the fence, please try it.
