Volusia County Comprehensive Treatment – Port Orange Detox and Rehab Services
Volusia County Comprehensive Treatment – Port Orange is listed as running intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

You will find this provider at 3928 South Nova Road, Port Orange, Florida, 32127. The city lies within Volusia County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

I Absolutely Love This Place. The staff is amazing, caring, and truly treat you like a human being. My counselor is literally everything to me. I Know Nichole the Office Manager just left still within the company, But I… miss her already. The Nurses are very Fair But Stern, but on a need to be basis for your safety. Doctor JoAnn is beyond the most understanding person with a heart I have Ever Met. Plus Dave runs things when need be and he's just the guy who you're thinking will terrify you, But he's not rude at all and tries to maintain order if any issues should arise... I have nothing but Nice Things to say about everyone I have encountered there and know that I will succeed as long as that team is there... I Love You All Acadia Staff @ Port Orange VCCTC...🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I have been a patient here for almost 2 years now, my wife and I transferred here from the other place in town because we were tired of being around the riff raff. These people were amazing when we started. My counselor… Mallory is great and always tries to find a resolution to any problem. Today I was informed that my last UA was positive for Fentinal and I have not done any street drugs in years. Kristen the nurse was in one of her moods I suppose and went on to accuse me of smoking pot off the streets not knowing that I have my medical card and I ONLY purchase from a dispensary. I found that to be extremely rude and condescending considering the staff has told my wife and I that the new drug tests they purchased have been giving a lot of people hard times. When I went to speak with the manager, instead of trying to help me, he threatened to discharge me if I was aggressive. Mind you I was just accused of using something and I was a bit upset and may have used a swear word in conversation. He knows the problem is the faulty UA tests that he purchased to save the company money. They would rather just discharge you instead of have a uncomfortable conversation with an adult they can not leverage like they can with other patients. I pay cash, I have never failed a test and I have actually had to stop a woman from attacking my wife while everyone watched. Conrad is the front desk person and he is great, Mallory is amazing and the Dr has always been respectful unlike the head nurse and the head manager. When they have a bad day it is taken out on the customers and thats not ok. Hire more people for the sake of the people who actually do what they are supposed to do. If you know the tests are faulty stop using them, they are not the ones having to deal with the failed test and they dont see all the problems it causes behind closed doors.
THEY NEED A WINDOW FOR PEOPLE WHO JUST WORK, I HAVE TO BE AT WORK AT 8 AM, I SHOW UP AT 7:40 EVERY DAY. I'VE HAD TO LEAVE ATLEAST 3 DIFFERENT TIMES BECAUSE OF THE WAIT TIME, LEAVE A WINDOW OPEN FOR PEOPLE WITH JOBS.… CLEARLY IM IN THERE EVERYDAY IN MY UNIFORM WHILE EVERYONE ELSE IS IN PAJAMA'S. STUPID ANNOYING!!!!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
This is one of the best clinical experiences I’ve ever had a chance to be a part of. They’ve helped get every aspect of my life together, from start to finish. I couldn’t thank them enough.
Was a patient at new seasons for 5 years. Couldn't take the chaos any longer. The wait times were so long at times (I've waited 4 hrs more than a few times) you had people trying to get to work and couldn't wait and… they went in search of their dealer so they made it to work on time. It was absolute hell. I made the choice to switch to vcct. Best decision I've ever made. I love all the nurses. They are very professional but yet they truly do care. Everyone is exceptional there. My counselor Mallory is the bomb. If she finds out that I had not such a good day and I might have talked to a nurse about it then she calls me shortly after to make sure I'm ok and I love that about her. She truly cares. At new seasons I was just a # but here not so much. You guys rock and I have much love for each and everyone of yall. Making my recovery seamless...
I love this place best clinic I have been too love everyone there never long waits staff is excellent
Hi my husband and I were introduced to MAT approximately 5-6 months ago and it was working wonders for us at New Seasons Daytona. It Saved our lives. We decided we’re going to the one in port Orange due to the fact of… high volume there and is a little closer . We dosed the day we transferred, dosed and got our take homes for the weekend. Well today is Monday and my husband was denied his dose which is 200 bc he was irratiable from lack sleep due to pain from just having a hip and sever neck surgery. He had no other signs of impairment such as blured or red eyes, slurred speech, eye contact. Not being able to respond in an appropriate way. He is a 25 Retired Infantry Combat Veteran who wants to stay off of pain medicine and things like this are a barrier to his sobriety. So disappointed so now only will he be in pain all night he will also be in withdrawal from 200 milli. Of methadone because a counselor who has seen him 2 other times said he seemed too impaired within the 10 min she spoke with him.
This man goes to this clinic & stole my Suzuki Burgman 400 scooter. If you see him please contact the police immediately. A police report was filed & he is wanted.
I love this place. I love all of the employees they are like family. My counselor Rebecca is the BEST! She's easy to talk to and I just love her so much! This place has saved my life and I'm grateful for every one who… works here💜
Absolutely the best CTC around my only gripe is that you cant give it more stars way beyond 5 star service for me they have helped me completely change my life and way of living they have the BEST staff in the world and… they really care so if you dont wanna feel like cattle being herded for slaughter like other clinics this place ROCKS !!!!
I never give a place 5 stars but this place is seriously amazing everyone that works here is unbelievably friendly and have bent over backwards to help me out!!! They really want you to get clean and I feel like they… really care about you, like you’re family to them… Literally everyone here is super friendly and they understand that people make mistakes and they don’t judge you for them… I’ve been to a couple treatment centers and none even come close to the compassion and friendliness this place shows… Anyone seeking treatment I would highly recommend CTC they have saved my life and given me a second chance!!!
I am so thankful for this place and the amazing, kind, caring, patient employees, everyone there has made me feel welcome, and they are very compassionate. Thank you all for everything
I have been coming to this treatment center for just over three months now and my life has changed for the better in such a small amount of time. I have been using off and on for about 15 years and thought recovery was… never a possibility for me. With the help of Volusia County CTC and my counselor, Jenna, I have started identifying and working on the underlying issues that kept me in active addiction for so long. I have been to a MAT facility in the past and felt like I was just a number and a burden on my counselor any time I needed someone to talk to. This is absolutely not the case at Volusia County CTC. I truly feel that Jenna is invested in my recovery and is there to help me every step of the way. I was an absolute wreck when I first started treatment here and she took the time to listen to me and help me through that low moment in my life. She has opened my eyes to a new way of living and has taught me how to have a more positive outlook on situations or problems that may arise in my life. I am so grateful for having a counselor like Jenna during such a crucial period in my early recovery. Nicole at the front desk is always so kind and willing to help if I ever have a question. The dosing nurses are always pleasant and easy to deal with and also very quick getting people in and out so the wait times are minimal. The longest i've ever had to wait to dose was about 10 minutes which is a night and day difference from the previous clinic I went to where I waited up to 2-3 hours sometimes. Both doctors are wonderful and are very easy to talk to. The only negative thing I can say is I wish some of the other staff members were more aware of how they speak and interact with clients and most importantly, realize that they are dealing with people's lives. Recovery is not a joke or a game to be played and is something that should be taken very seriously. With the opiate/fentanyl epidemic taking more lives on a daily basis than ever before and only getting worse, providers that have chosen to be in this field should try to be more mindful in the way they treat clients and understand that one bad interaction could lead to someone leaving treatment and relapsing, or possibly even worse. Everyone should be treated with respect, no matter who they are or what their background is. The way that providers interact with their clients can make or break ones experience, especially with those in the early more fragile stages of recovery. Despite this, the pros outweigh the cons and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to change their lives for the better. To those still sick and suffering, please know that you are not alone and recovery is possible. It works if you work it
I appreciate everyone that works here they have helped me improve my life and recovery, the counseling helps me out alot. I have found a counselor I am comfortable to talk too. Thank you everyone who has been there for… my recovery!! I have referred alot of people to this clinic. They have changed my life!!!
I would just like to say how blessed I am to have this facility. I moved from Tennessee with very low hopes and expectations because of the treatment center I was at before I came here. I had honestly given up any hope… at being sober or getting any help because of my experience previously.... This treatment center has absolutely changed my life, and not just the program but also the people in it. I am blessed to have Jenna as my therapist and I could'nt be more thankful. I told her at the beginning that I am VERY picky when It comes to having a therapist, also because of past experiences. She was very welcoming and very respectful of that. I am very very close to my mother because she's all I've ever had. I tell her everything, and I have told Jenna some things that I've never even told my mother. She isn't just there for the income. She is there to change lives and help people and i truly believe that. She has absolutely chanhed mine. I know im not the only one to believe that. There are multiple patients ive talked to that also couldnt do it without her. I trust her. She stays real with me and speaks to me like a human. I honestly don't believe that I would be there still or have come as far as I have if she wasn't there to help me through it. There is also a nurse that is absolutely amazing. She's got dark hair and works at the end window. I dont know her name and hope if she sees this she doesnt give me too hard of a time.❤️ She has also been another crutch for me. She is very helpful and is also one of those people that you just know that is there to help people and change their lives and isn't just another way of income... Ashley is another person that always makes me feel welcome and has helped me with having to guest dose out of state and keeps it real. As long as atleast these three are here I know I will have the confidence to stay on track and know I'm getting the best possible care and program I can get. There's no question this is the place to be!
Thank God this place exists. I've been to many TX places and was a bit apprehensive to go to a MAT TX center. I wish I would have went sooner, I felt I was giving up and giving in by deciding to go here but nothing else… had worked and had to give it one more try and again thank God I did. The staff is incredibly awesome between the front desk Nikki who is a sweetheart, Mallory is an incredibly understanding and insightful counselor and Jenna is a fearless leader helping clients down the road to recovery. I was so incredibly mistaken thinking this would be giving up by doing MAT and actually is a means to an end. The dedicated staff treat you with utmost dignity and truly care about their clients recovery. If you have problems in this area of life absolutely give them a chance you will be pleasantly surprised and very quickly you will be able to see the end of that world in sight. Thanks guys and gals for giving me my life back!
I've been to so many different clinics in my life but this one has such a totally different vibe in the best way possible. I received so much help in a matter of a week then I have in a hole year at my other clinic. For… once when I walk out those doors I can truly say they really care about my well-being. My counselor Jenna has literally changed my life I've been using for 24yrs and she has been the only counselor I've come across that I can truly say cares for her clients and she will go out of her way to assure your happiness and she give you so many unique tools to take with you when you walk out those doors if it wasn't for her I'm not sure where my state of mind would be at right now so Jenna thank you. If your serious about wanting a better life for yourself this is the place to do that at! Thanks to the staff and Jenna! 😊
I’ve recently transferred from a clinic in Indianapolis and was extremely anxious due to past experiences. Thankfully It was all for nothing. I was (mostly) worried that I’d spend far too long in a line to the point it… impacted my job, however, I’m in and out in no time. I was hesitant to leave a review as I don’t want an influx of new patients to change what I like most.🤭
This is the most amazing place. The staff is awesome and I am very greatful to be a patient here. They have changed my life for the better and I am looking forward to the future for the first time in a long time!
This place is truly one of a kind. I have never been cared for so much from a clinical staff. They do any and everything in thire reach to help everyone. It's changed my life for sure. They are also the cleanest clinic… I have ever stepped into. Honestly we need more places like this. They make a difference in the world. I'm so grateful for the staff there thank u all
I never give 5 stars because we all have room for improvement, myself included. I've been to many methadone clinics in my life time but what I like most about this clinic is location, service and most importantly they… make me feel like family. It took a while for me to get there but I was coming off of the streets and my active addiction. I had a very poor attitude in the beginning and felt like everyone was judging me. Today I know everyone on a positive note from the director, Ashley to my dosing nurses Kristen and Shannon. Nicole who greets you at the door, Amber who provides the details of the program and my awesome, overwhelmed counselor Brian who who takes the time to listen to my little problems regardless of how busy he is. Oh yes, let's not forget the doctor. If you come here with a positive attitude, honestly seeking help for your disease and follow their instructions you will find the help that you need. It all depends on you. They're here to help and guide you along the way but you have to be the one to make the changes otherwise you're not ready and it would be a waste of your time, money and resources.
