I have known joy for over 10 years. I have been a client at all 3 clinics. Eldedersburg, Glen Bernie and now laurel. And have gotten to know joy in each one. She has been their for me threw thick and thin. But this… clinic in laurel is amazing. All three people who work their are truly amazing people. Are just recently lost a family member and they were so very nice and mrs joy has been their for me and has been so understanding. But I recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank u mrs joy. I love you as a director, a friend , and human being.

Normally I would not even take time to comment on this company. But I had to just for the sake off my addiction and others who have been struggling with addiction. People always put addiction in a stereotype and laugh… and think it's a joke and act like they are exempt from it happening to them or someone they love at some point. Basically the staff

Make up rules as they go along, violate patient rights, violate this HIPAA act, won't give take homes for made up reasons even when you are cl an for months on end.

The director of the Laurel office is AMAZING. The day I called to see if I could come in to sign up for the program, she told me that the doctor wasn't in that day and I'd have to wait 3 days. Then she called me back… about 10 minutes later and said that she had spoken to the doctor and that she was coming in specifically JUST TO SEE ME for an intake and get me started in the program. Joy is so caring, passionate about what she does, and loving. I've known her for a couple of years now, and I'm just so impressed with how much she cares for the well-being of others. It's reasonably priced as well. They take Medicaid, otherwise, it is $ $93 a week. I strongly recommend considering this place if you're looking for reliable, proper, and compassionate treatment.

love this clinic Now iv never been to another one, but still. I found a place i can call home so to speak. The lady up front is very nice, Her name is Mrs Mary. Mike runs a good and clean clinic.

I have a loved one who goes here and they routinely cut his dose in half when we show up literally 2 minutes late. I was on methadone myself and I am now off of it and I wish that the people who run these places knew… how it feels to withdraw from methadone because if they had any idea at all they would not treat people the way they do. I want to report this clinic to the state of Maryland but I dont want my loved one to lose his dose.

I love this place. My husband and I go there and everyone is pleasant and they show that they really do care. If you need help this is the place you should try.

Mrs. Mary, the office manager is amazing! She greets everyone who comes thru the door with a smile and her professionalism is ALWAYS on point!!!

Very professional, curtious, and private. People who work here are exceptional, as most places you go these days for any kind of help, they always stereotype you, look down upon and instantly say" Drug Addict " , well I… can Guarantee you won't get that here, Never Once did I ever feel as though I was a outsider or trash. The employees go above and beyond in everything they do.....

This place was absolutely terrible! I saw the nurse practitioner and she had a NASTY attitude! This place starts you on a very low dose and raises you 5 mg each time- which isn't a problem. Except for the fact they… raise you EVERY OTHER DAY!! The nurse is honestly the reason why I left this place after the first day.

I only attended two days because I was going through prescription withdrawl for medication I need for physical disability. The clinic was not inviting, it did not appear to be clean. The staff were not pleasant and they… were absolutely not "caring" and the worst part for me was that the nurse/doctor was plain evil and insulting towards me. I was extremely uncomfortable and I would not attend this location even if I were a recovering addict. Trust me, I have known quite a few recovering addicts who have/ or do attend outpatient and the quality of care they recieve elsewhere is better. On top of it, this facility also attempted to bill my medical plan for months, yet as I said I only attended for two days. I do not recommend this location to anyone. No way.

Professionally ran..Every staff member are prompt.I would recommend this clinic over any.
