The staff is amazing.

I have been thoroughly and completely satisfied with the care and compassion Silverman has showed me in treating my Pain Management requirements. The staff has always cared for me as a person - making sure to work and… understand my needs and provide me the understanding and care that I need to address the intense back pain caused by my spinal condition and by my dependence on opiod pain relievers. I have been surprised and delighted by the comprehensive and deep care and concern they have showed me. You can expect them to take good care of you.

I have tried several programs all over Maryland and this is the only one I've been able to get stability at. I have over 4yrs clean and I believe it's because of the support and environment at this program. Great staff… and great counselors. The most important thing may be, no drug sales on the property enticing relapse.

Silverman was there for me a decade ago and they are here for me now. I transferred to Sibus because they were closer to my home and regretted it from day one. I reached back out to Silverman and got back in the very… next day the staff is knowledgeable and empathetic to you and your situation. The counselors are flexible and very nice Receptionists are organized quick and friendly and respectful Director is also kind and caring Please if I want real serious help reach out work with them and they’ll always work with you. Can I give 10 ⭐️

If your looking for help be prepared to come in at 530 in the morning or else they can't help you and they have an attitude like they could care less if you can or can't. Not very accommodating Edit: no thanks I found a… different company who can accommodate patients better. Some people work nights and dont get home till 2 am. You are a business, its your job to be open and accommodating to your customers. Besides the attitude you all have I wouldnt go there anyway.

People at the front desk are like Corrections Officers , they also show favoritism. I can't remember his name but the guy that runs the place does the same thing. Some people get away with stuff that other people can't… get away with for example wearing pajamas or using their phone. I will say at the time I was there the nurses were very Pleasant.

Great place all around. I like that clients are treated with dignity and respect. Being treated like a person rather than an “addict” goes a long way in my book. Come here to get better, not feel stigmatized.

I genuinely appreciate Silverman's clinic so much. It is a great all around atmosphere for the most part. Especially if your comparing it to all the other local treatment center's that offer similar programs. I get… along great with my counselor Brandon. And I feel like he and the majority of the other counselors are there because they know what it's like and wanna help not just earn a crummy paycheck. Also the front desk women Trissy and Stacy are the absolute sweetest people your ever gonna find doing the job they do. But before you think its all roses it is a methadone program so there's bound to be some flaws such as different people are held to different standards at times. Like if there's a certain patient that always causes conflicts and or does illegal things on the property it seems like they would rather not have to deal with the proper bad eggs so they don't have to handle the unwanted conflict which is understandable but at times it might need to be done. Where as there might be several patients that act in the exact opposite behavior and at times it feels like certain employees will go out of there way to scold those patients for next to nothing. And im not saying im one of those patients but I've seen it happen to others and i also understand they might think some people should be held to higher standards cause maybe they can take it but other than maybe Dr Fairbanks and your personal counselor would know something like that not some of the Nursing staff... Sorry for rambling.

Staff is Amazing, they make you feel comfortable and at ease the moment you walk in the door, No judgement passed...Nicest, sweetest & cutest Doctor EVER, clean, professional atmosphere! Highly recommend this place if… you're ready for a fresh start, check them out!!

I think this place really helps people! It’s not like other places I have seen trying to help but really just wanting $. Silverman treatment solutions is a place for real solutions all the way from the counselors that… really care to the wonderful nursing staff and the happiest sweetest doctor and the fun ladies at the desk that greet you and even the director is absolutely amazing and understanding. If you’re really looking for help this is the place to be for your support and guidance through difficult times. Yes they will help you grow and help with all the discomforts of your new beginnings and help you continue down this long journey of recovery. I highly recommend this place and wish everyone the best who seeks help it’s the first step to a new life!

Silverman is awesome. Dr, Fairbanks is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. They deal with addiction and addiction treatment.
