They always listen n accept my short falls . when I didn’t have insurance, they worked very hard to find me a program that would pay. They’re always concerned about my smoking, my drinking, but never judgmental.

I have never met such genuine, caring, empathetic, non-judgemental folks. I truly felt it and it was genuine. From the first phone call until now and going forward. I am telling you THEY SAVED MY LIFE and I will forever… be grateful. They have many services to offer and you'll never feel alone.

I have been going to Matclinics for roughly 5 years now and I've been to the Dundalk office I've been to the Towson office and for the past 2 years I go to the Laurel office and Dr Joshua Han who is the main provider… for that office is just the best he's very friendly, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable it makes the entire process so much easier. If ever there is a problem with a prescription or anything honestly you can call the office and they will get it straightened out immediately

This place saved my life!! I’m 8 years sober. I visit 1-2 times a year for a Sublocade injection. I’m so grateful to the provider who suggested I come off films.

I have been a patient for a little over a year. I really wish I would have found them a lot sooner the employee's are awesome they don't judge you and really make you feel better no matter what you're situation is. The… doctor is very easy to talk to and he's one of the first that I feel is actually listening. If you are trying to stay away from the streets then matclinics is the place to be even if it's alcohol they can and will help.

Awesome staff, always super helpful and move things along quickly. I never have any issues scheduling - before, during, or after my appointments.

I honestly love going to mat clinics especially the office 😃 I go there all the time, I have a doctor there that has the same name as me wsp josh lolz but honestly k.i.m. love mat clinics qlq jajaja

Matclinics has been extremely helpful in my journey and life period…I’ve been a patient here for quite a few years now and I can honestly say that I’ve never had an experience where I was not satisfied never had an… issue I’m very grateful for the role they’ve played while on my road to living a drug free life for the rest of my life they are very interactive and attentive with everything thank you does not suffice 100% satisfied I am..absolutely

I have such a wonderful time,each time I go. They definitely care about my wellbeing, there always telling me of different options available to me and they just have a home environment. I always feel comfortable. There… also very diligent when the place gets crowded.

Wait time to be seen can be somewhat ridiculous; however, the staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. All they want to do is help those seeking treatment. Prices can be expensive unless you have particular insurance… to use to cover the treatment.

I have been coming to the Laurel location for 2 years or so. Love the staff. If you miss an appointment they don't make a big deal about it. They just call and help you reschedule.

I come to the Laurel location since it’s closest from where I live in Rockville. I just want to say that the entire office staff including the provider are amazing. They make me feel really comfortable and always make… me smile 😊. They understood what I was going through and took the time to hear me out. I first came here about a year and half ago, only twice. Then of course I had relapsed and was in a dark place. But enough was enough and I finally decided to get help. I was amazed that one of the front desk staff and provider remembered me. I stuck with the treatment plan this time by starting with suboxone then taking the Sublocade shot. It has been a little over two months now and I feel better than ever. I just want to thank the entire staff for not judging me at all and encouraged me to stick with my treatment. I honestly don’t think I would go to any other clinic but here. I would definitely recommend coming to the Laurel location. They are the best!!

all the front desk staff are very pleasant, which is hard to find these days. The practitioner is pretty much always on time. If anything I may have had to wait 10-15 mins max. They make you feel like a regular human… being not judgmental at all.

this place has help change my life and has been part of the process of a better way of living. very accepting a non-judgmental I want to move treatments in this is the best so far and the one that has taught me how to… stay committed to a better lifestyle without the use of drugs overtime it feels like it is your family they are very welcoming

The staff at the laurel location are always so nice/professional! I have been coming here since 2020 and will continue to come, very knowledgeable and always willing to listen to me when I’m in doubt. The doctors are… nice, compassionate and friendly! Highly recommend this location I come from La Plata just because I feel so comfortable and safe here! Thank you staff!

Very efficient staff and case manager always appointments were on time or wait 5 minutes Higley recommend laurel problem now is my insurance will change jan1 and case manager said they will not take Medicare advantage c… with Aetna. I am very disappointed that I have to find new place
