They are always efficient at getting prescriptions completed in a timely manner. They are thorough in making sure you understand how and when to take meds. And they are always happy to see you!
Great staff. Always calming when you are stressed. 100/10
DO NOT COME HERE! As a first time mom I believe it’s important to find a place that cares about you and your baby. This place is NOT IT! They don’t care about you or your baby. I had my son’s initial exam after being… discharged from the hospital. The doctor was nice. Baby boy was a little under weight. I had to cancel his two week check up due to insurance changes. I went in to see if they could just get a weight on him so I could see if I need to pay out of pocket for an exam or not worry until insurance kicked back in. They WOULD NOT do it. They said I had to have a whole appointment with a doctor for them to do that. He was already a patient I just needed a weight. They refused. As a mom as dramatic as it sounds it’s heartbreaking to see the people you trust to care for your babies health actually don’t. I would go anywhere else.
The staff has been excellent and knowledgeable. Delivery service is friendly and helpful. Great pharmacy.
Their very caring.
I have never had this kind of disrespect and rudeness from the schedulers before wow I guess that my breathing issues are not important to them they're focused on just doing labs the way that person talked to me like I… was a dog to be ordered to do something it wanted me to do its commands like a dog very unprofessional people like her should not have a job in this industry don't waste your time or money here I wish that I could give it a minus star I have to give it one star to make a post these people are rude and unprofessional
I've used the clinic since moving here. Have always felt important to the staff of both the clinic and the pharmacy.
Use to be a good clinic until Ventura resigned and was forced to change physicians to Jana Walker. She is the WORST physician you can see there she is very forgetful, negligent, and really lacks experience and… confidence. Jana would schedule a lot of unessessary followup appointments than normal which seems to be more about money than helping others. No returned calls but instead leaving you to call the clinic just to find out she is needing you to make another appointment just for her to give you about the same answer as before and finding out how pointless and a waist of time it was.
My wife and I switched providers due to my insurance and we have been trying to get a termination of pain contract for my wife for 3 weeks now due to an upcoming appointment at a TMC pain clinic. The level of… unprofessionalism at this clinic is scary. Jana Walker FNP will not return phone calls and is incompetent in her profession. Maybe she should've been a nurse a few more years prior to getting her FNP and practicing on people. We use to love this clinic but it’s gotten worse over the years. My wife and I both work in the medical field so we have some idea of what standards should be in sight for a facility and this place falls very short of that.
I am very grateful 🙏 to the Benson Family Health Center. I had sciatica pain acting up bigtime and they saw me the same day I called - on Dec 24th no less. Dr. Mayberry took great care of me and the staff was friendly.… The facility was super clean. Ty ty ty! You're a blessing to have in the community.
Most of the staff is great! But, really? 2 days to get an MRI and another 4 to get it read? Meanwhile I am taking up a hospital room. I was brought here in an ambulance because I was emergent, then I just laid around… for days. Something is either wrong with the management here or they are milking the insurance companies for unnecessary hospital stays!?!
Our nurse PA is leaving. We are getting a new Dr there. Haven't met them yet.
Worst service ever. The NP was horrible she won't even touch me. My heart was hurting and she didn't even listen to my heart. If you want to died and don't care then go there, if you do then find a new place.
I hate! Yes hate! these clinics. During 2 emergencies in a 18 month span. I called and left messages for a return call from my primary care provider. Not a one follow up call! I’m directed to use an email system instead… of direct contact! I love my doctor and followed him to this clinic. After years of excellent customer service. I am now deduced to begging for assistance. I’ve filed written, verbal complaints to no avail! If you have chronic conditions RUN from this clinic. You will only be left alone at your most vulnerable. Absolutely horrible care of patients!!! Maybe this will get the attention I have been demanding from a clinic who boasts of excellent patient service!
Not the place to go if you have more complex medical issues.
Reception was extremely rude, the Hispanic lady with glances specifically speaking. I was there with my kids. In dad mode, she seemed to need more attention than my 2yr old. Very disrespectful and atttitide all the way… through registration. I got better service in Tucson! Terrible. BUT THE DOCTOR I was seen by and my kids was wonderful. She was VERY VERY knowledgeable and very helpful for sure. I like how she was very patient and kind with my children as the appointment was for them. Thank You! Butdealing with reception every time I have to go… Not worth it.. i dont want to dread to go veen seen every time so changing facilities.
Tried to get a blood panel done ordered by my cardiologist today. They wouldn't do it unless I saw my General Practitioner (GP) at Chiracahua. What does a blood panel have to do, ordered by another doctor, with my GP? I… went across the street to Benson Hospital and it was done in 15 minutes. Adios Chiracahua!
Was considering transferring my care to this practice, but after standing in an empty lobby and having the receptionist completely ignore me, I thought it best not to bother.
I had to take a relative to get blood work done. Mind you she hates needles with a passion!! Along comes this wonderful Lady named Wanda.. She was so kind and funny too. She put her at ease and everything went so… smoothly. THANK YOU AGAIN Wanda for giving us such great care. I will definitely be aking for you in the future.
