Amazing place with an amazing staff

The facilities and staff are great. Luxury surroundings, highly trained techs, and there's no issues there. On-site I'd give them a 5.0. Where they leave a lot to be desired is their shameless high pressures sales… techniques. Before an in-person evaluation was even complete, they were already trying to sell the next programs.

I cannot say enough good things about Pinnacle Peak Recovery Detox Center. We came to them in crisis and they went above and beyond to provide care for my son and peace of mind to me. My son’s case manager, Sidney,… spent hours for days on the phone with my son’s insurance making sure he was approved for treatment. He consistently communicated with me so I knew what was going on, and assured me that he would figure it out, which he did. The level of care they provided my son was phenomenal. I will be forever grateful to the people who work there - it is clear that it is more than just a job to them. They are truly saving and restoring lives.

Great place and great staff. Great place to detox and the food ain’t bad. I was paid a Starbucks gift card for this review. Residential is a joke, sought out AA meetings on my own and left.

My care is taken seriously with compassion and empathy. I know this is the place to get help for my C-PTSD with many treatment options for underlying trauma from childhood to current spousal abuse and PD bullying. Truly… grateful for this opportunity for support and treatment. Thank you to all he kid staff.

The STAFF at PINNACLE PEAK REC0VERY DETOX are phenomenal. Hopefully I spelled Pinnacle correctly ;-). Where do I begin WHOA, when I arrived I was hurting mentally, physically, and spiritually. Mary welcomed me with open… arms with no judegment of my appearance. I was out of my mind high, but knew I wanted/needed to get sober. Mary processed my intake which included a full body search. I was extremely embarrassed about the scars I had accumulated throughout my 1 year relapse with meth and eventually blues. However, Mary and the Nurse on NOC shift had zero judegment in their eyes, and were only concerned with my health and getting me some help. The NOC NURSE had blonde hair and wears pink shoes immediately helped to start get me situated. I went through a series of questions surveys which is standard procedure everywhere. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. They comforted me and did everything under the sun to ease my anxiety that accompanied the idea of getting sober. I detoxed in this facility for a total of 8 days and 9 nights. Based on my experience in the house I highly recommend PINNACLE PEAK REC0VERY DETOX to anyone who wants to get sober. The house is located in Scottsdale off Shea, and is absolutely stunning. The mornings are gorgeous and the moon at night illuminates off the palm trees in the backyard. I was able to go swimming one of the days so the pool was a great way to reduce body aches. More importantly they put my health and life at the forefront of this detox process, within 24 hours they had me at the doctors office to receive an IV drip which included adevane to reduce my withdrawl symptoms. The doctor was empathetic and I felt comfortable being open and honest with him about my previous drug use. The IV drip I received on my second day there was crucial in my decision to stay and work the system PINNACLE PEAK RECOVERY DETOX had in place in order to detox off meth and blues. Jared was my case manager and always went above and beyond to work out all the kinks with my insurance. If he hadn't been as thorough and thoughtful I wouldn't be 8 days sober today. I owe a huge percentage of my sobriety to him. Thank you Jared B. Also Logan was a huge guy and gentleman and helped and any other issues. Ian gave me dpunf advice that I'm sure he'll use in his everyday life during recovery. The Nurse with the short blonde hair helped through many moments of here I thought I was gonna lose it. Bhavik forgive me if I spelled it wrong IwS always helpful and also a huge role in my recovery. All the nurses and any other staff I forgot ate all awesome. I recommend PINNACLE PEAK REC0VERY DETOX to anyone even pondering the idea of sobriety. Five stars go check yourself in now.

Just finished my stay at Pinnacle Peak Detox. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I came in very broken from alcohol abuse and let whole and feeling great. I still have lots of work to do, but my head… is clear and I am on the right medications to do this. The staff is the best, they are kind, loving, supportive and there for you. The residents were also very kind, we all really bonded immediately and would hang out in the evenings watching movies and snacking. The facility is very nice, there is an outdoor area with seating, a ping pong table and a pool. There is a large screen tv in the main area of the house and a large sectional and chairs with plenty of seating for everyone.

Caring, compassionate, informative staff. Safe, non-judgmental, and quite comfortable environment. I highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved this place and all the BHT's and nurses. Everyone was amazing. And I wouldn't have been able to get sober without them. And I don't think another place would've worked so hard to find a place for me… to go after detox. Absolutely amazing.

I had never been to rehab before, I was scared, and was referred here to Pinnacle Peak Recovery. I was immediately welcomed with open arms and made to feel comfortable immediately. I’ve developed amazing life lasting… relationships with the other clients and staff. All staff, nurses, and therapists are amazing. I was able to stay sober for a long period of time and after a slip up was welcomed back with zero judgment. I highly recommend this treatment center for anyone struggling with addiction. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, PPR, for all you’ve done for me.

If you need detox from a serious drug addiction I do not recommend here they are totally not prepared for someone coming off of a hard drug addiction with a hard wirhdrawl. This is not a comfortable place for someone… coming off of serious drugs to detox. A majority of the techs and all of the nursing staff is awesome but they are way in over they're heads when it comes to someone having a real detox.

I take a huge amount of pride in contributing as an employee to a place like Pinnacle Peak Recovery. PPR reminds me very much of the place where I started my own recovery journey and I hold it in the highest esteem! I… have worked at a number of treatment centers in the East/West Valley and Pinnacle Peak stands alone!

I cannot recommend this program enough. The genuine kindness and understanding that is to be received from the staff here is a rare find. Rehabilitation is not a one size fits all formula, I can assure you this program… is one of the special places where stepping through the doors you can see the effort and quality of service provided by their staff is unique and that they’re truly invested in each individual and their needs. Beautiful facility and excellent staff.
