Recovery Community Inc – Madison

I just called, looking for MAT for myself. The lady that answered was extremely rude! She asked if I had private insurance or Medicaid. I told her Medicaid, and she said in the rudest way possible, “honey we don’t take… that insurance. You’re gonna have to call the back of your card!” And then HUNG UP before I could even say anything else. Very unprofessional.

The RCI in Gallatin TN is ok not the best recovery program it was ok for a friend of mine but after a different manager took over the house it wasn't good, and there's no support there in th house if you relapse the 1st… go to is to throw them out instead of getting them the support they need! There's no structure there at the house. A lot of turn over and I feel if there was more meetings and counseling there they would be more success! Highly recommend if a different option is available go with it, it's more about the money there than it is about recovery. Want you to attend 5 meetings a week and 1 house meeting a week and then they want you focus on getting a job and throw you out if you're behind on rent gotta throw you out. He just didn't get the right help he needed especially when he was struggling. No one even checks if the guys are struggling so an addict that's struggling they don't expect a relapse there. So they definitely need to make changes! Very sad they throw someone out over a relapse offer no help! Now what happens if a member of a family gets threw out and they overdose? When RCI could of offered to get them the help they need! NEED BETTER MANAGERS TO RUN THE PROGRAM!

There’s something special about Recovery Community. If you’re looking for a safe space to learn how to stay clean, this is definitely the place. I’ve been clean since I lived at RCI in 2011. The houses are centrally… located and the staff members are all so amazing.

Recovery community gave me a second chance and structure around my life, I love the staff!! They were always helpful werent overbearing they allowed me to find my path in recovery and supported me all along the way!… Would recommend to anyone looking for a big family of people to love them back to life.

I know nothing about this place. But this is all that comes up when I search for "Choices Recovery Inc in Madison, Tn"! They are awful people. I am currently looking to file discrimination on them for kicking me out… based on a report I made against Footprints 2 Recovery. They did not like me so they kicked me out!!! They said I was a liability being that I filed a report for being mistreated.

Thank you for introducing me to recovery and I mean that but, became more money over recovery after i.o.p. classes
