The staff here is amazing and loving. They've been in the situations we come from. I'm happy and proud to be an alumni. These women are a special breed. Thank you for everything you taught me.

Don't go here if you don't live in Nashville. They kicked me out with no phone 4 hours from home and wouldn't let me use a phone. I had to stand outside the hospital for 4 hours hoping my ride saw me after I finally got… to use some girls phone.

This place saved my life ❤️ I was there for one year and had some of the best experiences of my life. I learned how to be responsible, respectful, I learned coping skills… and here I am 2 years still clean and happier… than I’ve ever been ❤️❤️. Highly recommend mending hearts 💕

This place is horrible like it’s ran by the devil. It’s caught on first multiple times, you can hear gun shots, you have to walk up a terrible hill everyday and plus they kicked me out for so called fraternizing and… having no job after they told me to quit my job and find another. There’s a white woman in there that’s been there longer than anyone and they didn’t kick her out, she’s been in the whole program longer than me. That place is hell and they choose favorites

Horrible. A package was mailed. There was proof of receipt- never was given to the recipient. Had to cook their own food. Very little food. My family member was treated badly. They very seldom answered the phone. They… might need to be investigated. Not very professional.

posting on a fake email/name. do not go here!!!! they only care about money and a paycheck. i’ve seen them kick girls out for not having a job and putting people on contracts they’re first 2 weeks in phase 2 to get a… job, meaning they only give you two weeks to get a job and then start pressing you hardddd!! then when it was time for me to graduate IOP i owed housing fees because i left one job and started another one so i didn’t have the money to pay towards my fees. they will kick you out over this or not give you your certificate you worked hard for which should be paid for by grants or insurance .. especially if you completed every class that’s manditory to go to everyday. i had to talk to my PO about what’s going on here. so thankfully i could leave without the certificate. they will kick you out if they simply don’t like you and they have favorites !

On October 27th, 2011 Trina give me a second chance at life after I started the program and left to get high she gave me the chance to come back and get my life together. Now almost 12 years later I've been sober since… I reentered the program, graduated college with a 3.95gpa on the deans list the whole time, had another baby, got my other child back, beat cancer and still going strong.. they give you the skills you need to get sober it's up to you to make the changes to stay that way. Thank you Trina for giving me that second chance and not giving up on me! Your such an Inspiration!🖤❤

Don’t go to this place because if you’re not a favorite they will find a way to get you out. I’ve went 2 times trying to finish the iOp program and each time it was literally a week into it and next thing I know they’re… saying I have to leave for one reason but giving everyone else a totally different reason. Keep in mind that’s a hippa violation but of course I’ll never get to know who said anything. There are a few counselors there that really have your best interests at heart but the 3 main people over it don’t. As soon as they get you in they are paid for the person so after that really doesn’t matter to them. It’s all about money

I was admitted into mending hearts in June of 2010 after an overdose that almost took my life I stayed there for less than 21 days they were about to release me when I told them I was not ready to go home so they got me… into another facility in Lebanon Tennessee I graduated from there and I have been clean and sober 12 years June of 2022 thank you mending hearts for giving me my first shot at recovery it was the last rehab that I knew I was going to attend in my lifetime because I was ready to live a clean and sober life

I have been attempting to get ahold of ANYONE there for over 2 weeks now. After referring a client there and hearing NOTHING, and get no response we will not be doing that again. It should not take WEEKS to have anyone… respond OR answer a phone. Every mailbox is full so you cant even leave a message. Very disappointed

my mission : to do whatever it took to get my little girl back. I hated the" smoking schedule" that was put into effect right before I arrived . and let me just say ..... "THAT HILL." OMG walking up that mother fu$-&$#… 20 times a day. Are both trivial, minor details to the bigger picture. Those women leading the way are the best kind in my mind. They had been right where I was and did the trivial /minor details, whatever they may have been to them. they did it and leveled up time after time until their mission was a success. Everytime a staff member was unpleasant towards me was because I was in the wrong.noone likes being told what to do but when you yourself ends up with a unmanageable life..... you got to let someone else take over just for a bit to get you back in the driver's eat. I love mending hearts. and I think about my experience there often. I did a lot of growing and accepting. this place is one of the good guys. real talk.
