I have had need of mental health services since I was a kid, and have gotten the most help here by far. The staff cares, and they have helped get me into programs that are a massive help and are making a difference in… my personal life.

I called and they said M-F, 8-10am. Come anytime. I get there at 9am. "Sorry we are full. We tell everyone to come early because we only have a limited number of openings." They don't tell everyone. In fact, I called… twice and talked to two different people. They both said the same thing. I'm from out of county so won't be going back to this place.

Place is absolutely horrible. All they were trying to do is fill my son's mom head with nonsense and take away my parental rights. I highly recommend not brining your kids here. They are definitely anti father.… Definitely don't see Sara she was absolutely awful

I bring my brother here to help with his Schizophrenia and PTSD. They are very thoughtful and really care about him. They listen to our concerns and even allow me to update them via email if there are any issues or… concerns regarding his treatment. 10/10 will recommend.

I love the people at Ridgewiew in Harriman. I have been a patient there for about 5 years now to stay on my medication. Carolyn is so caring & funny. She is always happy to see me.. I just met Amanda Reed in person for… the 1st time this past week. She is very nice and caring. I have been doing appointments remotely during Covid as I am a Cancer patient. I love the people there in Harriman and look forward to my appointments. 🙂❤️

Garbage dump of a mental care facility Do you need disability or foodstamps? This place will refuse to help you get them. In fact will actively send records that go against it. Half-wit therapists with low-tier training… who can’t diagnose anything beyond anxiety and depression. Need a diagnosis for autism? This place doesn’t have anyone able to do that because the idiots here lack the training to do so.

Always rude when I call, you can't see a doctor any sooner than a month out even if you really need to see them for your mental health. Called the day before appointment to confirm it, got to the appointment and MY… DOCTOR cancelled my appointment with no calls before arrival and had to wait a month before going back still.

Terrible service. Had to make an extra 3 hour trip for what should've been done in a day. After 4 months I get another bill from those two days. Because apparently the amount they told me to pay was wrong.

Made an appointment a week ago and told nearly every person i spoke to what I was there for, adult ADHD, not once was I told that they didn't treat that so they then scheduled me for medication management which is… normal. I get to the day of my appointment, mind you I have one day left of medication...only to be told... Oh we dont treat that with stimulants. I am now going to be without medication and won't be able to see another doctor for who knows how long. Had I known this THE FIRST TIME I SHOWED UP. I would have simply gone somewhere else to seek adequate treatment. Do to their lack of communication my mental and physical well being are going to suffer. Absolutely disgusting. I am completely appalled by this facility, I had gone through the proper steps only to be told I'm out of luck... Thanks for wasting my time, and causing me unnecessary suffering. Edit: the doctor I spoke with told me that adults are better at controlling their impulses. ADHD is much more complex than that, affecting the lives of the sufferer and anyone around us. Anyone in the field should know this.

I'm so grateful for the people that work here, without Anne and Dr. Charles I wouldn't be able to get out of my bedroom and go places with my family. These people are great and I'm thankful they are in my life.
