Professional Care Services Inc – Covington (1997 Highway 51)

Waited over an hour for my appointment that they had rescheduled from the previous week. No one came to check on me or tell me there would be a wait because they scheduled 4 people for the same time appointment. That is… wrong on every level and completely disrespectful.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS. THEY GAVE MULTIPLE PEOPLE I KNOW BED BUGS THEY ARE DIRTY DO NOT GO INSIDE

Horrible place. Especially for children. Seth is out of line.

So far it's the best I've been with, they saw me almost immediately after wanting a few hours, it was definitely worth it. Though I don't have an ID or any form of identity, they still decided to take me in. I'm now… getting therapy, case management and the right meds. thanks PCS.

Did me solid. I needed to talk they listened unfortunately it was court ordered but I'm glad I found them! ... Have some patience people this stuff ain't easy.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I've been through a lot of psychological places and this one is by far the worse. They are unprofessional and terrible at communicating. I've been calling and leaving messages for a week and a… half now and no one has called me back. I'm about to run out of a medication that isn't even working anymore, and I had a severe allergic reaction to another drug they put me on and don't seem to care at all considering they've done nothing to right the situation.

I'm going to leave 2 stars because I'm unsure of the staff but I know that need cleaner restrooms. UNACCEPTABLE ‼️‼️

I really don't understand folk's complaints about PCS. They have been an absolute GODSEND for myself, and my wife! It's true that it can be challenging to get someone on the phone, but aside from that we've been treated… with respect, and courtesy. If you're seriously seeking help with your mental health, this place is amazing. If you just want narcotics you might look elsewhere.

Keep lookin THIS AINT IT! Lie to you, steal from you, they do not listen to you, they deserve to be shut down. They act like they care but they couldn't care less. The front desk staff are rude and the "pErSoNaL CaRe… proViDers" don't have any actual experience with any serious mental illnesses and think they have a right to give you medical advice just to have your "Doctor" walk in and say the opposite and push drugs down your throught that your insurance company wants them to put you on them. I have been going here for at least a year and I'm sick of it I'm sick of never being listened to or understood and just looked down on. ✌️ FIND YOUR OWN MEDICINE. What ever it may be.

Are the phones not working or do you just not answer the phone? Ive been calling for days to make an appointment and no one returns my phone call till today ive been calling all morning. It is now close to 2pm and still… cant get ahold of anyone!

This place is VERY unorganized and not professional at all. They do drug testing on the patient’s that are taking suboxone n their test are FAULTY AS HELL. Either that or they do not have the knowledge of what medicines… are doing what. These people are as CRAZY if not more craZy than the people going there.

Refused to honor appointment I had with Dr for a month. I was prompt and on time for appointment. Front desk didn’t communicate with back staff that I had both labs and an appointment with DR therefore I suffered at the… hands of their mistake. Receptionist told me there was “nothing she could do about it.” Offered me an appointment later that evening (I had to go to work) or 2 weeks away. Medication refill appointment for mental health? Who needs that right?

Debra and Beth were particularly nice when they went out of their way to go the extra mile. There is just no way that I can think of to repay them for their pleasantries.
