If you're not already in a crisis, just come here. Poor service and no accountability. I left feeling worse off.

I was told to stop taking one of my psych meds (cold turkey) and it threw me into an 8 month long episode that almost killed me. It only ended when I was put back on that initial psych med. I've been informed by my new… provider that had they weaned me off it, I wouldn't have gone into an episode, and that that's something they should have had knowledge of. She actually said it's something you learn in your first year of med school. 🙄

I've never felt more dehumanized by "doctors" than I did at this clinic. Telehealth is infinitely better.

Don’t be a doctor , if you can’t help each individual needs , then why would you call yourself a doctor . To scared to give the correct medication. Stop giving seizures medication and allergy pills for anxiety and other… ailments . Your standards of giving an anti - psychotic Medication is a fraud business . They don’t care about the individual patients needs . They tell you your going to be an addicted now they are predicting outcomes . Never happened ,never would happen , thanks for your Minority Report Doctor analysis' you’re making sick people sicker . they don’t listen and they don’t care . Quit your job you’re not needed if you can’t help each individual differently .

They're so eager to talk about drugs. Not so eager to talk about co-occurring disorders like major depressive disorder or PTSD. They're so eager to talk about drugs that they'll schedule you with a drug counselor… without even informing you that drug counseling here is optional and voluntary. They just take down your information then say we've assigned you to so and so. That doesn't make me feel like it's voluntary. Another issue. When I see my doctors at Adventist health they are willing to do some things by phone. This place does not proactively offer phone-based counseling or any kind of telemedicine services and if you ask them at the desk they say well you'll probably want to talk with that when you see your therapist. This place is not very client-focused, and they do have an old school and somewhat inflexible modality of providing services. I'm hoping somebody within this organization will read these reviews and think about modernizing how they provide treatment. Many people struggle financially and it is a significant burden when you ask somebody to come in several times a month when there are other options available that maybe just as effective without the cost of transportation or the inconvenience of having to take public transportation. Lastly, it should never take 2 months from the point of intake before somebody talks to a psychiatrist or somebody qualified to prescribe medicine. I had to go to Adventist and seek medication services through there behavioral health department because Tuolumne County behavioral health could not offer medicine services without a 2-month wait even after I told them I had a pre-existing diagnosis and SSI check and an urgent need to have medication services. That's another strike against them. Why do they insist on providing drug treatment counseling within a week but if somebody needs SSRI medicine or other types of prescription they have to wait and wait and wait and that is not in the best interest of the clients that they serve. Really really bad treatment model here in so many ways. I hope they improve.

I’m hoping that they improve their emergency response. I know they help a lot of people in their counseling sessions, but when it comes to triaging people that are a danger to themselves and others, they let them walk… even after the doctor the sheriff and everybody family is screaming at them, even after somebody attempts to kill them self literally Cutting their wrist they will let them walk only an hour and a half after their stitched up. Truth(both wrists): No oversight. They are in charge of theirselves. Horrible and dangerous waste of time and money even having them come in to triage the patient

If you're on the mental health diversion program do not open up to these people tell them what they want to hear because they will condemn you no matter what so my advice is to the new people that are doing mental… health diversion don't open up about your life because they'll use it against you and keep you in the system tell them what they want to hear so you can move on and do better with your life because they're not bettering anybody's life but hindering it along with this county literally I was just passing through Thursday lost everything here in tuolumne county and I've been stranded here 3 years doing their program struggling whenever I'm a transmit that makes more than five dollars an hour because of this county health

If you need mental health assistance I URGENTLY advise you to go anywhere else in town. I left this place feeling far worse than I did before seeking help.

I saw nothing but incompetence here, and was shocked by how much easier it was to deal with a psychiatrist elsewhere. Don't waste your time, you deserve to feel well soon.

I was assigned a case manager after I tried to unalive myself. I called 2 times and left her messages, didn't get a call back. Then 6 months later she left me a voice mail saying she didn't think I needed services and… she was closing my case. She didn't speak to me directly at all. Thanks a lot for literally nothing.

Worst Mental Health Care Ever. If you don't have appointments with them (even if your not told to schedule and appointment) they will refuse to fill your prescriptions (with zero regard for how that affects your mental… health) and blame you for the issue. Not only that they expect you to reestablish as a Client in order to prove your are eligible for services. During services not one person listened to my opinion or seems to care about your meds or diagnosis. The mental health program is a joke here, don't waste your time.

Sent a family member home after police had to be called for suicide threats, they had a baby in the house, they've made multiple threats, weapon was present which should have constituted as a 5150 situation. Yheir… personal Dr had even suggested a 72 hr hold. Hopefully they don't hurt themselves or their baby.
