I literally have suffered all year and I received the most caring compassionate care from my doctor and the nurse practitioner. They literally went out of their way to help me more than any doctor, Rhuematologist or… provider over the last year. Excellent care from Ampla and there staff.

The medical receptionist Cassie is an excellent and over the top, extra mile, customer service person ! She was very helpful with communicating my need to my doctor. She was patient and thorough with me to make sure she… understood correctly and then communicated the situation perfectly to my doctor. The issue was resolved thanks to Cassie. Thank you for the excellent service.

I have always had exceptional service here. I've brought all 4 kids in sick as heck and got out in less than an hour. More people in chico need to know this is here because this city deserves prompt care and will also… help our poor ER from being overwhelmed. The nurses up front in particular are so helpful and kind.

I see Joshua Kinney for my chiropractor an he is amazing. He always goes over a beyond to make sure I’m feeling my best an has a passion for what he does. He not only made sure to get my images done to see the issues… but also explained why I have the pain I do a then shows me ways to help myself when I’m home. I have so much pain relief an I owe it all to him.

I think Ampla does a great job, they tend to be a bit busy, but they also help a large number of people! The main building is usually quite full of people, but even with that many patients waiting, they tend to move… through the last quickly. Doctor Anoush has been very helpful over the past several months since I began to come to Ampla, and has helped me with so much more than I originally expected. Doctor Anoush was the one that found my Chloresterol was higher than it should be, and was able to help me find a way to bring it down to a safe level, as well as help refer me to a Physical Therapist for a shoulder pain that had been causing me to miss work. My counselor, Shane Butler, and my previous counselor Tamala, have been incredibly helpful and I have felt very pleased to work with both of them and the counseling they have provided! All of the staff at the reception windows are also very friendly and get you checked in to your appointments very quickly!

Chiro!! Dr. Kinney at the Chico Cohasset location is awesome. He’s been helping me with my back pain and different sports injuries over the years and I always leave feeling better than when I went in. He’s great at… listening to your needs and making you feel comfortable. Check him out!

I would give a negative 5 stars if I could they gave us the run around about paper work for a special needs child to try out for wrestling the Dr was always just getting back from lunch 3 times that day the help was… horrible I PRAY I NEVER HAVE TO GO THERE

Jason Sylva is the absolute best Drug and Alcohol counselor I have ever had the privilege of meeting with. He is down to earth, understanding, respectful and supportive. He listens to his patients and helps with… adjustments in treatment accordingly.

The front receptionist are very friendly. Quick check-in. I have had great experiences with the doctors and counselors in their ARC program here. Dr. O'Hair and Jason have worked with me as I continue to work on my… recovery. Great staff all around.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Jason Silva and Tamara at Ampla Health Chico medical these two have been my personal angels. They’ve watched over me almost my entire sobriety journey first with Tamara then… with Jason they continue to show me support in every area of my life. I’ve been in the program for nine years on October 16 this year. I will have 10 years clean and I just want to say thank you to both of them. You guys are the best I could not have done it without you guys.

I see anoush yaminifar at ampla health in Chico. He was changed my life. I have two jobs now. I used to suffer severely with my back problems and he has helped me so much. Ampla health in Chico is awesome and I… appreciate everyone who has helped me at this clinic. Anna Hernandez helped me with the review process and made it much easier to complete. Joann was also amazing and very nice. The MAs took the time to chat with me and listen. I highly recommend Anoush yaminifar to anyone who is looking for a primary care provider. Everyone is beautiful and brilliant. I will never switch to a different provider.
