Nice workers
Horrible experience working with these people. We adopted our two youngest and have had a journey of necessary therapy/ services. We have worked with several agencies over the past 11 years and this experience was by… far the worst. Flakiness, no- shows, no return phone calls, when the 2nd therapist recommended a higher level of treatment for one of our kids, she said she would speak to her team and get back to us... She then went MIA and a new therapist called to schedule sessions in her place. We had had enough so we terminated services. We tried several times to get referrals and could not get a return call or email, and nobody is in the office at the physical address. These are tiny lives you're messing with. Completely unprofessional.
Worst place they are so fast to get all the information to see how they going to get payed but to actually help nothing its been over two weeks haven't received a called back. I missed a call I called right back and I… got put over to voicemail its been voicemail everytime i call. Even to talk to a supervisor I got a voicemail!!
