If i could give no stars i would! Jill Bodiford is the most unempathetic provider I have ever seen. She does not take the time to listen, has a very poor attitude, and I left the appointment feeling judged and worse… than when I arrived. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for care. Please do not take your loved ones, especially children to her because she will sweep you under the rug. Her bed side manner was so bad, I felt like I was being punished for something I didn't do.

Worst clinic I have ever been to! Very rude staff! They called the police on my son for sleeping in his car in the parking lot while waiting for me. Literally the worst people working here!

Picture this: You walk into her office and instantly, the ambiance transforms into that cozy small-town country atmosphere. With Dr. Jill, you're not just another name on her schedule; you're a fellow human being in her… care, and she talks to you on a level you can easily understand (all of the staff there does). Her patience is truly something to behold. I'm convinced she could give lessons on how to remain calm when faced with a patient who thinks googling symptoms qualifies as a medical degree. She listens attentively, never judging even when you awkwardly pronounce the medical term for your ailment like you're trying to cast a spell (speaking from experience). And let's not overlook the Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman vibes she exudes. While she might not ride into town on horseback or have adventures involving bandits, I'm not entirely convinced she doesn't moonlight as a medical vigilante on the weekends. I mean, who knows what thrilling stethoscope-related escapades she gets up to when we're not looking? So, if you're searching for a medical provider who combines the charm of a country porch swing, the patience of a saint, and the professionalism of a TED Talk presenter, look no further than Dr. Jill Bodiford, APRN. She's the medical superhero you didn't know you needed, and who knows, maybe she's secretly fighting crime when she's not refilling prescriptions!

I absolutely love Jill! She has been so patient and helpful for the whole family. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and the facility is nice. Highly recommend!

I have used the clinic for now 2 years never had a problem with anyone there. Jill is a great health care provider.she will listen to you and help you with your meds.

Does not tip when you deliver food 12 miles to this place. Bad business.

This review is a 0/5 stars. I brought my daughter in for an evaluation and was told they would match us with a counselor and would call to set an appointment. It has been almost a month, and we were never contacted. In… the time we waited, I heard back from another clinic that could get get seen in under a week. I'll be happy to never work with ARcare again.

My husband had a "meet & greet" and exam type appointment. It is so calming and peaceful. The staff is very kind and willing to listen and HEAR what my husband's chief issues were. My husband gives two thumbs up to… those he spoke with. The staff is patient, knowledgeable, and attentive and works fast but very thorough.

Had appointment at 1:45.Was 4 mins late would not see me.Had to make another appointment for 3:00.Come on really.Sprindale Ar Care much better.

Dr Jill is the best dr in northwest Arkansas we are so blessed to have her for our family doctor the nursing staff is just as nice and friendly

I found this office when I got fed up with my last Dr office. They made me feel like a person and not a number. When I spoke to the anyone there they looked at me and actually listened to my issues and needs.

The ladies here are amazing and so caring!! They have not only taken care of me but, my mother in law, husband, best friends, their children and even my own child!! Jill Bodiford is the best!!! Such an asset to our… little community!!

Everyone at the clinic is very sweet and helpful, I have a fear of needles and they’re always so considerate and patient with my phobia. Jill Bodiford is a great healthcare provider, always takes the time to listen to… my concerns and puts me at ease. Love these gals and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

If I could leave this place a negative review I would. My father is agoraphobic has high anxiety and it is in the and we are in the middle of a pandemic yeah this Clinic seemed more concerned about getting money from… their provider they providing Quality Health care for an elderly man who can not breathe. all he needed was a rescue inhaler to help him breathe. He hasd an old doctor who retired after 30 years and had prescribed this inhaler for over 10 years.We've been at this clinic for 6 months with nothing but discord. They wanted him to come into the office to refill his prescription. For meds to help him breathe . I told them we'd take him to a new Clinic, which they said every Clinic would make him come in. That's fine. Weve been unsatisfied from the beginning. The doctors will not listen to their patients, forgetting who works for who. They definitely won't be getting any money from his provider. Anymore. I guess that's one of the flaws of having great insurance. Do not take your loved ones here. .

Grateful for the way they treated me.

My mother tried making an appointment with this clinic. She has disabilities that make it hard for her to fill out paperwork, so she asked the woman on the phone if anyone there could help her with filling out the new… patient forms. The lady told her that no one had time to help her. Since my mother doesn't drive and I work during the hours that the clinic is open, she requested that the clinic mail her the forms so that she could have me help here fill them out before her appointment and then have the local senior center give her a ride to her appointment. The lady she talked to said she would mail the forms but they never arrived. Needless to say, my mother had to cancel the appointment. It's absolutely despicable that a healthcare facility that is supposed to deal with the infirm will not allow a simple accommodation for an elderly, disabled lady.
