Beyond your ordinary treatment has been one of my biggest blessings. Mrs. Pam my counselor has been my angel on earth on all levels in my recovery as well as a mentor in my life. I honestly couldn't have found a sweeter… more professional and all together great support team for my recovery. I would recommend this little saving grace place to any and every addict that needs help.

I have been a patient at the "sister clinic" in cobb county called Changing Phases since March 2016. I moved out of the area, and in November of 2025 and am now a patient at BYOT and i cannot complain. Everything i have… ever needed from any of the staff has always been done for me and always in a positive manner. Transportation schedulings, any type of dose increase or decrease was always finished by my next day i was to dose in the clinic. During the holidays they give food and gifts to families in need, this is the ONLY facility that ive ever known to even have a Grant prgram for those who are unable to pay. For those patients who have health insurance coverage, BYOT Center is able to accommodate those patients that have accepted insurance plans as well. And for out of pocket payments...the prices are a little cheaper i believe, but definitely not a higher price than any other clinic. The facility is always clean and thise of us who are really trying to change our lives by choosing MAT rehabilitation we most definitely have their needs met and will not be dissatisfied when choosing to become a patient here at BYOT Center.

Beyond your ordinary treatment center is the number one out place I would ever recommend if you're trying to get sober and do it the right way it is a wonderful outpatient place that will help you get your life together… ever since me and my son has been there we have completely changed our life been sober and left any type of street drug or anything like that alone it's been a place that's helped me find Holiness in myself and it's help me find some of the best people that I surround myself around there is truly a group of people out there that I look forward to seeing every day that makes me smile and that makes me being a great mood thank you so much Miss Pam Miss Tiffany and Miss Christina for the wonderful workshop done and me and my son thank you so much from the Barnes family

Beyond your ordinary treatment center has literally changed my life for the better. There is a group of people up there that I look forward to seeing everyday beyond just the friend ship level they are more way more… just like family! They will care and treat you like your one of theirs. The love that have shown me and my mother is love you don’t find anywhere else! More then just that they have help me find a better true person inside of me by staying sober and clean ! The better support an help I’ve ever found when trying to become sober and do right! An year and half later out of prison my life has changed for the better and it started with god and people like ms Pam and ms Tiffany and ms Christina there at byotc being there and having my back thank you all so much for the support from the Barnes family

This place is one of the BEST places I could recommend for detox services. The staff is so welcoming especially Mrs Pam is so knowledge and has one of the best spirits ever. I never met no one that is willing to help… such as her. If you need anything ask for Mrs Pam she’s your go to.🏆💕

This place has saved my life!! Miss Pam and the nursing staff are amazing! They not only care about medical needs, but they truly care about the whole person! Miss Pam will contact you if they don't see you come in.… That's not part of the MANY things she HAS to do, she just cares about all of her clients! If you want a HOME clinic then definitely come here, because this clinic has felt like family since I started here. Give it a shot! All you have to lose is an addiction! They will help you turn it around! Thank you to Miss Pam and ALL the medical staff for helping me save my life!

Mrs Pam has been nothing but the absolute best and has assisted me not just in life but in my sobriety tremendously id recommended this clinic to anyone!

This place is terrible. Since I've been there, they have had 4 different counselors, can't keep staff. Miss Pam is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Never ONCE have I had a session with her, but I constantly had to sign forms… where she made up quotes so it looked like she was doing her job. When I told her I needed counseling, she got upset. Said I called her a liar. I was talking to another guest about the wait time, she interjected herself from behind the dosing area and said "I took you out of the que because you said you needed to go somewhere else." And gave a smirk. I was on my way to work so when I got upset and had to leave bc I couldn't be late bc of her foolishness, next time I came back she said I was rude to her and kicked me out. She tries to push you and not in a good way thats why they can't keep staff. She's never upfront. Takes 15 minutes to check in if she's there unless her friend that sits in the front calls her to come up. She starting acting like that after we had to rate the clinic and staff. It was supposed to be anonymous but she made me put my # on mine. She didnt like what I put and was rude to me since.

I’ve been to a few clinics and I think this is one of the best, they listen when you have ANY problem and they respect your time when you have to go to work… But most of all everyone one is very respectful……

This is the absolute worst place you could go for treatment. They DO NOT CARE and will put every obstacle and hurdle in your way to make sure you don’t succeed. I have been to TWO other amazing clinics that truly will… support you and work as hard as they can WITH you to make sure you succeed. Do not trust this place with your or your loved ones sobriety. They don’t deserve the one star.

Always can expect to receive the best care from highly trained staff who care about what they do, and the patients they interact with. For me, I have finally been able to see sobriety in my future after a lifetime of… substance abuse and many other programs along with 2 other methadone facilities. Also. I have been a patient for 2+ years here. I would recommend Dr. Maya, Beyond your Ordinary Treatment Center, as well as every staff member who has worked there in my 2 year span, before any other treatment center or program, to anybody suffering with issues revolving around substance abuse. I am more than thankful for everything I have experienced here.

Beyond the Ordinary is just that then some.Dr.Mya is very caring and displays a Christian kind of love of all of her clients giving them a chance stop the chaotic behavior of addiction and focus on getting there life… back on track. I have witnessed her turn the other cheek and give people 2nd 3rd 4th and so on with many chances....Her program was a success for me I was able to transition into a stable life style and become a productive member of society... Thank you Dr.Mya I will always be grateful and I not have one negative thing to say about Dr.Mya or Beyond the Ordinary.. James Waldroup

Beyond your ordinary of McDonough has been very beneficial and impactful on my life they have given me the ability to get through my everyday difficulties with addiction the staff is all very kind and caring and have… even gone out of there way to stay at the facility so I could pick up my medication during a family emergency.

I have had a wonderful experience the staff are always so nice and helpful. They are non judgmental and want you to succeed in you recovery. They actually have conversations with you and answering any questions wether… it be about your treatment or medical questions or concerns you may have. They treat and see you as a person and not just a number or dollar sign. I highly recommend anyone thinking about wanting to take the next step in there recovery to come to Beyond your Ordinary Treatment you won’t be disappointed.

I have been attending this clinic for a little over 2 years and they have been so helpful. The people that work there are awesome and they really care about you. If you are really having issues and need help in that… way, this is the place to go. I’m glad I found them when I did.
