Patients of Blessing be aware! Just received a bill for a visit 2 years 8 months ago! No calls, notes, or even a balance on previous bills stating that there was a balance due pending insurance. We had absolutely no… idea this bill wasn’t paid in full by insurance, as far as we knew we were totally paid up. Made a few calls to Blessing, one that was very rude and ended badly, and got 0% help in resolving the issue. It seems it was totally up to us to contact the insurance company which hasn’t been our company for 5 months having switched. I ended up calling Blessing 4 times in a week and left 3 messages for a return call from billing supervisors with no response. I ended up calling my old insurance company and had a pleasant conversation in which the insurance company made an adjustment and was really confused why there was an issue with Blessing at all. Ironically I got more help and compassion from my x-insurance company, than the hospital we go to. Don’t be surprised if a mystery bill shows up 2-3 years late, and get zero help from Blessing.
Friendly helpful, and on time.
Staff is helpful and attentive great medical care
I went into clinic with some chest pain. They referred me right away to ER. SHORTLY THEREAFTER I had stent placed and I am doing well. Thankful for their quick response.
No parking problem. Dr Susan Meidl is helping with an issue I'm having. The receptionist yelled at me last time I was there and she was rude to a patient on the phone.
They couldn’t even answer the phone kept transferring me to Quincy out of simple laziness completely unacceptable the dr even stepped out 1 week before the birth of our child and somone else had to deliver do not… recommend ever going here especially don’t recommend seeing dr tren Hannibal regional is the better choice
The last two times going into the clinic have been HORRIBLE. The first time the front desk lady embarrassed me in front of the whole lobby when I tried to relay the personal issues I was in for that day. The second time… which was today the nurse told me to ‘’put my phone on the chair’’ when I tried to explain I have a whole list of symptoms in my notes app that I would like to talk about. I think she just totally ignored me when I tried to relay my symptoms. I was also let into the room five minutes after coming in but stayed in the room (did a few tests that took about 5 minutes) and was in the room for about two hours. However they could have just been busy. If it wasn’t for me not being able to find my med insurance card I would absolutely go to the Express Care Clinic instead.
This clinic is a total mess. It takes 12 to 17 minutes for Doctors Receptionist to even awnser the phone. Then if you would like to see the Doctor you have to go through the nurse. If she feels you are not important… enough. The patient does not get a call back for 2 or 3 days.If the patient needs any return to work paperwork. Even it you start 3 days in advance. also after a surgical outpatient procedure. I physically went to clinic and waited an hour to get paperwork.
This place has turned into trash since it switched to Blessing
This used to be my clinic of choice. NOT ANYMORE. Back when my 1st cardiologist was there I drove 75 miles (one way) for my appointment just to find out he was on vacation and they forgot to call me. Scheduled for the… following month just to drive another 75 miles to find out he had been called out for emergency. That one I totally understood. This is my 2nd 75 mile trip to hear my new Dr had already left. My appointment was at 220 pm. ARE ALL THESE PPL SO BUSY THEY CAN'T CALL AND LET ME KNOW. I think it is time to find a new Dr and a new hospital 🤬
Love these guys, felt comfortable and at home
I have had a few appointments with an audiologist and with an ENT at this clinic. This clinic is an hour away from me but I didn’t mind the drive because I’ve never had an issue. The doctors are great and seem to care… but I tore the ligaments in my ankle and had to use crutches and was already 12 minutes late so I asked 3 different nurses downstairs to wheel me to the elevator none of them would do which caused me to be 17 minutes late which means they rescheduled my appointment so I drove an hour for nothing. Then I come back for the rescheduled appointment which I was told would be at 1 when I rescheduled it(I stood right next to her as she rescheduled it)then when I arrived at 12:45 I was told my appointment is at 3:30. This is absolutely garbage. This needs to be worked on and the office staff need to not be so rude when you ask a simple question(without attitude I may add)
Requesting records was a breeze.
Extremely worried that I have spent, on three different occasions, 20+ minutes trying to reach anyone in Dr. Evans' office. They were out last week, but no one could schedule?! Also left a message for dermatology two… weeks ago, and no one called back
It's a form. Take your time, and you will be fine.
Still rude staff, there is a big problem with discrimination based on age and financial status here.
Dr.Fharra lung specialist the best you'll ever get
Good doctors helpful
My three kids see Dr. Frazine and Ms. Huber and we all like both of them very much. We couldn't ask for nicer ladies to work with the children. If we could give more then 5 star's we would. Thanks Ladies for being great… to us and our children.
Was told By a cardiologist a test was pre-approved with insurance and later found it was not approved and was found "medically unnecessary".
Wouldn't even give them a star, but Google makes you... waited an hour and a half plus before being seen for my appointment... they tried cramming 20 patients into a doctors day and allowed said doctor to take their… take time visiting with each one... need more doctors or set a time limit on the amount of time they can take with each patient...
