The lady answering the phone in the reception area was SO RUDE when I called to try and get help. Really discouraging. People who work in these places should actually want to be there, not hate the world and everyone in… it.
The supervisor at Heartland is very rude. I do not suggest using this place! They will not help you in any way! They are all in for them selves and not in for helping patients like their supposed too! I wouldn't even… give them a 1 star but it makes you so I had too!
Changed my life. Made me huge.
unhygenic with a rude and uncaring staff. dont come here.
Poorly constructed group of racially tense people. Appointments are usually screwed up. Conversations are often untheraputic, just stories of drug abuse being flaunted. Many therapists dont like talking. 30 minute… sessions once a week for one on one. Not exactly quality healthcare when u can't get the therapist to explain the difference of shame and guilt.. A therapist named Linda met me once, found out she dont like me at all. It was my first meeting. I never would of found out if she wasn't talking about me behind my back to her fellow workers. They dont like me because I'm to perceptive Terrible group of people. Carol the therapist rules! The case manager lady ain't bad tho.
