Alot of single women who need a little lift from time to time.
The councilor is amazing the lady behind the front desk is amazing as well. The doctor was rude didnt have any idea what she was talking about. Downplaying my suffering. Doesn't understand the difference between anxiety… and full on panick attacks. They are not the same. Her bedside manner is lacking
I'm amazed at their incompetence. My counselor has been great, but some of the employees are just disgustingly rude to their patients. Micheal is a disgusting person.
The rudeness of the receptionist is unsurpassed. The psychiatrist calls you roughly every three months, but calls at random so you never know when to expect it, making it difficult to actually have a conversation if you… have a life. In general they're so unprofessional that it borders on incompetent.
The counselors, therapist, and psychiatrists are amazing! But that front desk lady is always rude and has an attitude. Will literally argue with you over the phone about your appointment. She’s the reason I’m not going… there anymore, nothing but bad vibes and experiences from her. Good luck trying to check in on time if you go into the office, she’s never at the front desk.
