Very unprofessional,no consideration for others time and expense. Today was the 2nd time in a row they canceled intake appointment when we arrived for the appointment! 1st time they had wrong phone number so we gave… them the benefit of doubt, but they literally called us 4 minutes prior to the appointment to cancel. We were literally outside!! Both times I had to take the day off work for this. They cost me money .Thank God my husband isn't suicidal! We have been trying to get him in for 3 months! We won't be rescheduling!
