Metro Treatment of Florida LP – Leesburg Detox and Rehab Services
The register shows Metro Treatment of Florida LP – Leesburg providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Metro Treatment of Florida LP – Leesburg Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 704 Doctors Court in Leesburg, Florida, 34748. Lake County covers this area. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Metro Treatment of Florida LP – Leesburg Reviews and Ratings
Patient reviews of Metro Treatment of Florida LP cover ground that official records leave out, from the admissions call to aftercare planning. Read them in this section alongside reviews gathered from around the web.
First and foremost I want to say I've been at New seasons for 3 years 4 years all together throughout my recovery I went to the one in Orlando and finally when the Leesburg one opened I started going here. Let me tell… you that my counselor Mrs Tionya (sry I know I spelled it wrong) is an extremely knowledgeable professional and truly kind-hearted genuine female. So it really kind of bothers me when I'm looking at the review and there is a review posted Dave z who states that somebody chewed them out because they reached for a tissue let me start by saying that when you're in recovery boundaries are an extremely important part without boundaries there's going to be I guess you would say room for error. Mrs tee has always said to all of us that whatever I have is here for y'all just ask and that to me is logic however I guess some of us don't have that but that's okay again this is all a learning process when you're in recovery. So I guess I take offense to people because I've been here for so long when they start being negative and rude towards quote proud black women vibe because regardless if you're black purple green yellow white you should be damn proud of what you have accomplish career-wise physically whatever be proud and they show that because they are proud of what they do and they're proud of the help they provide so if you feel like this is just another drug Mill mind you you came in to the quote on quote drug Mill then maybe this isn't the place for you to be because the amount of positivity the amount of motivation the amount of courage and the pushes that they give to you to keep you going and succeed and be productive members of society I think anybody who's going through something as hard as recovery would want that on their side. So I'm sorry if you got offended by boundaries mind you you know that's what you need in life in order to stay on the right track then maybe you're not ready for recovery and that's okay because again it's all apart of the process so to me when you immediately throw race into something you already have a negative mindset coming in and there's all different races that work there. So I may or may not get reprimanded for posting this but when I have been going to this place forever and they have done nothing but set boundaries to keep me on the straight and narrow and everybody that goes there in the amount of positivity that come from that place in the amount of 100% recovery that happens I'm not afraid to speak up because these proud men and women human beings have ever right to set their boundaries and to be confident and proud of what they have accomplished so you have a blessed day Mr Dave z or Mrs Dave z just remember before you try to belittle somebody or tear them down for accomplishments that person has saved multiple people's lives because of the boundaries they have set for us so bless your heart and good luck in your recovery
Go recover at a place that sets you up for success and actual recovery. You are literally nothing more than a number here. Proud and strong black lady vibe throughout most of the office staff. They conduct themselves… like you are “less than” as a drug user. One lady chewed me out for taking a tissue from her tissue box on her desk that’s literally inches away from where patients sit. Just another drug mill. Taking cash and spitting out more opioids at you. It’s no different than visiting the dope dealer. Wake up sick to race across town just to be treated like an inconvenience. Be smart. Do your research when looking for substance abuse help. Skip this place at all costs. The nurses are sweet and a class act. Kind, compassionate and caring. They go above and beyond. A complete 180 from the office staff. However As long as the world has desperate people this place will survive. SMH.
"I have been to many clinics, and I can honestly say the New Season in Leesburg is in a league of its own. The difference here is night and day compared to other places. I want to give a massive shoutout to the… Director, Beth Ragland. She is hands-down the best director I have ever dealt with. Instead of passing the buck, she personally stepped in and handled my needs to make sure I could get my medication. She took it upon herself to get into contact with the old Orlando location and fought to get my records so I could guest dose without any issues. What I appreciate most is how informative she is—instead of just saying 'no' without an explanation like other clinics do, she actually took the time to explain how the system works without making me feel like I was stupid. She is unlike any other Director I’ve came in contact with her beautiful, caring character radiates throughout the entire clinic. I also want to praise my nurse, Marinda Johnson. She was incredibly fast, efficient, and so respectful. I had to be on my cell phone to coordinate my transportation, and she completely understood and let me handle my phone call. That is really unusual and I was so happy that she let me do that without getting mad or making me hang up the call like most other nurses would do and have done to me. And she had the biggest smile on her face and was just so welcoming, I couldn’t believe how important she made me feel, I really appreciated her kindness. New Season corporate really needs to recognize both Beth and Marinda. If you want a facility that actually treats you like a human being and goes the extra mile, this is the one."
I’m coming down from Hartford Connecticut to dose as a guest. Open in Hartford we have a pretty serious fentanyl problem, which I’m sure it’s everywhere now all over the country however, I thought sort it was mainly… meth and cocaine. Some cheers to see how they handle us opiate addicts I will let you know what my experience is my first guest dose is Monday thank God because going sick on methadone is worse than heroin most worse than the round I used to get I don’t know about this fentanyl crap I don’t really care to comment. How sick do you get off of this fentanyl?
This place needs serious help! It takes WAY to long to dose here. I get my take homes so I only come every two weeks and every two weeks I am there for at least an hour just trying to get checked in and get my dose and… take homes. If you are employed, I would leave in PLENTY of time because you will be late for work. The app never works and never let's me check in and when I ask Tyonna, b/c she is the only counselor left, I get a reply of "Well why cant you check in?" Or "What do you need?" They make you feel like crap for the amount of money I give them every month because they know I need this medication nlt to be sick. Which is sick to me, in my opinion!
Dustin is the most amazing counselor and Guide At this facility he's honestly made me realize that there are people who want your recovery just as much as you should and he's changed my life completely the facility is… amazing and has been one of the best decisions I've made on this path of recovery
It's a wonderful place very professional I have not had any bad experiences thus far and really would love to give them 10 stars if I could
Hey this place has a class called IOP and, I'll tell you it is the BEST class that I've ever found it's helped me so much and it could help you too just give it a try !
This treatment center is excellent. The reason why I don’t give it 5 Star is because of staff member Nurse Anita. Most patients agree that she needs training on working ethics on how to treat patients in a professional… manner; with lots of patience and respect, without screaming or cursing at them like she did today, November 22nd making us feel like trash. That conduct is intolerable and not a positive raw model for patients to be inspired by or imitate. She needs to understand that Patients are the lifeline of the Program itself. Bottom line: “it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.” “The word patient comes from patience.” I want you to know that I really don’t feel good writing this review, trust me, but someone had to say something. Other than that, the program would be perfect!
New Seasons Treament Center is an amazing facility. Its the first outpatient treatment facility I tried that is outpatient. It has worked amazing for me and my everyday lifestyle. Also, the IOP PATIENT PROGRAM, has been… so very exceptional in every aspect of my life. Everything that i need to meet physically, mentally, emotionally, has definitely been met during my groups through IOP. I KINDA THOUGHT that in relapse there was a brick wall and that was it. But since I have been involved with the IOP program my whole life has been introduced to so much more. I have progressed so much in this program. That my recovery is so more enticing and so much else including the potential and the lessons that are able to offer you so much training in areas where you may think there is no more hope. And thats a fact. YOU AS A PERSON HAVE SO MUCH TO OFFER. Thank you so much IOP. AND THANK YOU TO THE counselors for really dedicating their time and knowledge to us. You guys are literally the essence of our journey into our recovery. Thank you for everything you do. Personally my counselor Mr. DUSTIN Hughes and Mrs.Tyonna and Mrs.Shaleena and Mrs.Breanna and Mrs. CHRIS. AND Nurse Anita. And of course everyone else. The whole leesburg team makes me feel so much at home. That I can really focus on my recovery to the fullest.
I love New seasons! They truly are life-saving and I enjoy Dustin's IOP group to the fullest! I believe this facility has changed my life for the better and I am on a better path day by day taking it step by step one… minute at a time! 💕💕💕 IOP IS A TRULY MAGICAL EXPERIENCE !! I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL SEVERAL OUTPATIENT AND INPATIENT GROUPS AT SEVERAL DIFFERENT FACILITIES IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AS WELL AS OUT OF STATE...AND THERE IS NOTHING COMPARES TO IOP HERE AT NEW SEASONS!! IT IS CHANGING MY LIFE!! I AM TRULY GRATEFUL AND BLESSED FOR MY COUNSELORS AND TEACHERS HERE AT NEW SEASONS!!
This place saved my life. It's clean, caring people, the nurse Mrs. Anita is amazing. Love her. My councilor Mrs. Tyonna is always there for me and everybody else too, all at the same time. I walk in almost every… morning and I see Mrs. Brianna smile. I love them all .
Mrs. Tiana is absolutely amazing however she is spread thin she is spread very thin but always maintains excellents. She always has a smile and never complains. She needs a raise. If anyone is deserving its her.
No line but takes forever to dose!!!! The director is useless and rude!!!
This place was a blessing when I came to Florida. Tyonna a real one through and through and helped me and mines above and beyond.
Amazing facility..
Ms Monica the director her professional ethics are on point before her was Ms Rebecca and she was awesome too but this clinic needs someone with that type of patience and she will talk to you to find the best way to get… your issues resolved for the best interest thkssss
Is a Great place for Recovery. Staff is Excellent there, counselor's an Nurses are very caring. Tyona and Nicole an Shanay go above an beyond to help you out every day, Is a hassle going every day for meds, but they are… very fast an organized.
I guest dosed here and they are so nice and helpful.
This place makes recovery a breeze. They work with your work schedule however they can as well as showing a level of care you won't find ANYWHERE else.
The staff is great they work with you in every way needed to help you through this hard journey of sobriety
I absolutely love them here. They’re amazing people they actually care about you and take the time to help you there isn’t many places that you can go to like this that they actually care. I’ve been to a couple other… clinics and if it wasn’t for this one, I don’t think I would’ve made the choice to stay clean they don’t treat you like an addict they treat you like a human being. Thank you for everything especially the nurse, Nicole and my counselor, tyonna!
