Dear RU Lake Worth When I came here a month ago I was physically alive but emotionally and spiritually dead. I had completely given up on even the possibility of a normal, let alone a "good" life. In all honesty I had… been planning my suicide for months. Within weeks your staff and community had shown me that such a life is possible. You all not only saved my life but showed me a new one is not only possible but fully within my reach. I owe you all a debt I will never be able to fully repay and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. From the moment Dom did my intake I felt welcomed. Talking to Ryan, Ana and Dwayne was super helpful and made me feel at home during a very emotionally fragile time. The entire staff here gives a shit about their clients and that makes a world of difference. My therapist Anuska was a joy to talk to and helped me with any problem I needed to talk yo her about. Larry, Donna, Anastasia, Marissa and the rest ofnthe staff and techs made my stay and transition to recovery as easy as possible. Recovery Unplugged is truly a beacon of light to those lost in the sea of addiction and it is the staff that make that light shine. You all are saving lived here as sure as any hospital emergency room. I will recommend this place to all I meet lost at sea. They just need to go over the financials and let them understand a little better on what you are probably going to owe after the first initial phone call.If you have any questions regarding that while in treatment you… will get a bunch of different answers.The only thing they go off of is that initial phone call.I will say there are people who will try to work with you though.

Overall I had a very good experience at Pine Tree. There was a bit of confusion regarding pricing on the phone with Guardian before I was admitted which was a bit frustrating.

I went to Plymouth House for treatment and I was amazed at the attention and care that the staff gave. These are people that really care for you and your recovery.

Lack of integrity. Lies at every turn from the time commitment, the "example schedule", the "outings," 'family visitation," costs out of pocket, - all lies (closest thing to incarceration you can get but you pay) Half… the staff is very rude and disrespectful. They will keep on trying to extend your stay to squeeze more money from you. My insurance paid them just shy of $70,000.00 and out of no where over two years later they send me an $8000 dollar bill they will not negotiate. Very disappointed!!!

The admissions part of getting the help I really needed was very fluent, and they really knew what I needed better then I did. Thank you so much for your guidance into my recovery process. God Bless you all.

Guardian Recovery is who I started my recovery journey with. I was lost without a solution so I called Guardian and from thr start the operator was friendly and helpful. He gave me options that worked for me and even… sent a uber to come get me and bring me where I needed to go. Therapists do not control the room. I had to listen to a patient crying and hating life, cursing like a truck driver for an hour and a half. It made me more anxious and grew tired. Therapist was laying down eating just… so unprofessional. I found an amazing Therapy program through Continuum Recovery. Do not use Guardian

As a family member of someone suffering from the disease of addiction it is incredibly stressful to be a source of support for them when they ask for help. Searching for where to send them is both intimidating and… frightening. We are beyond grateful that our choices led us to a connection with Guardian Recovery's network of facilities. From detox, thru residential , PHP, IOP, and in additional case management services, our family member has been treated with kindness, respect and compassion. And our family has been supported in the very same way through all of the decision-making and navigating next steps. I am not saying GR is perfect, but when we have run into road bumps along the way, we have worked with the staff to manage and resolve any issues. We have repeatedly experienced that the employees at Guardian Recovery bring their hearts to work with them and give their very best to their efforts. We see the miracle of a life saved by the combined efforts of so many people who are dedicated in their profession. It required a high level of openness on the part of our loved one, but when he was finally ready to follow the guidance of someone other than himself, GR met the need and helped him find his way.
