Coral Bay Recovery saved my life. I don’t think I can truly express the gratitude I am overflowing with for this amazing team. You are not a patient at Coral Bay Recovery you’re family and you feel that on day one. I… was admitted to the program after suffering a psychotic episode back in June. I was filled with so much shame immediately after my episode that I could barely function. That shame dissipated after my initial intake with Sarah. She immediately made me feel seen, heard, and safe. The admin team goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel safe and your care is being properly managed. Sarah, Scott, and Mark are passionate about what they do and truly care about your progress and health. The group facilitator has a way of making you feel seen that empowers you to take your healing into your own hands. Ryan navigates the session professionally and his passion for your recovery is truly at the forefront of his practice. Sessions are ran ensuring everyone has the opportunity to be heard while encouraging the tough conversations so many people avoid. Therapy doesn’t work unless you work it. If you come to this program closed off and unwilling to be vulnerable in that room, truly vulnerable, you will not recover. But if you come with an open mind and open heart, ready to face your demons, Coral Bay will guide you toward healing. I am forever indebted to Coral Bay Recovery.

Coral Bay Recovery is a wonderful outpatient facility. I was certainly hesitant at first but I am so glad I went through and continued with therapy at Coral Bay. The bonds I made with people in my group therapy are some… of the strongest bonds I’ve made. The therapist, Justin, is wonderful. He created a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable opening up. He listens carefully and offers thoughtful insights and practical tools that have genuinely helped me manage stress and understand myself better. I always leave sessions feeling heard and with something practical to work on. I highly recommend Coral Bay Recovery for anyone going through a difficult time and need to develop healthier ways of thinking and coping.

To be honest, this recovery center is not the good by any means. I liked the morning therapist but didn’t have time to make it to those meetings. I personally felt like the night group was NOT a safe space. I would get… attacked by several ppl and judged nonstop even by the night time therapist for relapsing. Isn’t this supposed to support ppl who keep relapsing? I ended up discharging myself and finding another IOP bc I just could not share fully in these groups due to being attacked and judged by everyone. It was almost encouraged by the therapist. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Plus, it’s very small and the rooms are super uncomfortable to sit in for 3 hours.

Not the best IOP out there by any means. It felt more like going to a 3 hour AA meeting 3 times a week with a young therapist who couldn’t control the room while the owners of the company charged my insurance $1700 a… day and I learned nothing from the experience. Allowed me to test positive for THC the whole time. Would not recommend.

I think coral bay recovery is amazing. I feel like this place offers a very safe space for everyone and the group I am in is starting to feel like a family. Also Justin is the best therapist ever! Overall this has been… great experience for me.

This program was a major disappointment. Caring for my mother seemed to be viewed as a liability rather than a responsibility, and the lack of resources became clear very quickly. If you already have an established… treatment team and are only seeking additional support, this may not be the right place. Unless you’re enrolled in all of their in-house services (psychiatrist, therapist, and group therapy), collaboration is minimal to none. There was also very little communication among staff members. I had to repeat my mother’s situation multiple times to different people who didn’t seem to know why we were there. The group leader, Justin, rarely acknowledged her or attempted collaboration, showing little patience or empathy for clients with chronic conditions. While I’m sure they’ve helped some people, they are not equipped to handle more complex or chronic psychiatric cases (which is where my perspective comes from). If your situation involves multiple diagnoses or long-term psychological care, I would strongly recommend finding a program that is better prepared and properly staffed to manage high-needs cases — so you don’t end up feeling like a burden instead of a person. Overall, the program felt more focused on surface-level interactions and business operations than on genuine, coordinated care.

Coral bay has been a huge help in my recovery with dual diagnosis of mental health and substance dependency. The staff really cares about your life, your recovery & are dependable support for individual needs. At one… point I needed to increase my care & the whole staff were more than willing to get me all the help I needed in a quick timeframe. I am grateful. This program is one of the best, best staff, best experience and I’m doing much better because of the program.

Coral Bay Recovery is wonderful! I was initially anxious to start the IOP, and now I'm very happy to say that it's the best thing I've done for my mental health! Alexis, the therapist, is wonderful and amazing at what… she does! She challenges you and provides the tools you need to move forward with your mental health. The groups are great! You learn that you're not alone in this process, and talking to others is very useful in your recovery. I would highly recommend Coral Bay Recovery to anyone who is going through challenging circumstances. You will come out of this process with a better understanding of what triggers your issues and how to cope with them and, most all, with hope and peace!

The staff here were very friendly and knowledgable. They helped me work through a lot of heavy mental health issues and helped with a recovery plan moving forward after completing the program.

Everyone here at CB has been so very lovely to me. Group therapy has been an awesome journey for me for several months. Alexis has done so much for me as the group facilitator and my private therapist. Getting to know… myself so much more thru this process, I also quit smoking, which Alexis was a big help with. I cannot say enough about the CB team. I miss everyone and I’d still be going if my insurance allowed it! I highly recommend and a big thanks to Scott and most of all, Alexis. God bless!

Their program has helped me so much through my troubling time and I got to know myself much better. The team was very proactive with their therapy approach. The group settings was amazing. I was able to take a little of… everyone's experience and embrace it with what I was going through. I highly recommend this Recovery center to get you back to better place.
