Diamond Behavioral Health – West Palm Beach Detox and Rehab Services

Diamond Behavioral Health – West Palm Beach carries a listing for detox and residential treatment. Medical supervision covers the withdrawal period, where alcohol and benzodiazepines carry real risk. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Diamond played a huge role in my recovery, and I’m grateful for the experience. The program does an excellent job helping people dealing with both mental health and substance use challenges. I not only saw growth in… myself, but also in many of the people around me. The staff genuinely care. Jim made the house feel welcoming from the start, Maria was incredibly helpful in navigating the practical side of treatment, and Ryan always took the time to listen. The techs were supportive, encouraging, and clearly invested in everyone’s success. I left feeling prepared to return to everyday life with tools and coping skills I didn’t have before. If you’re struggling with mental health, addiction, or both, I highly recommend Diamond.

This place is only PHP I’ve been to that I’ve stayed sober. This is my 10th treatment center, and this place and staff has truly saved my life. I’m in addiction and deathly addicted to alcohol. My trauma is something… that has haunted me. And when I first got here a gentleman named Jim. He’s a on-site staff member who first night talked to me about alcohol abuse. He told me his story and frequently takes us to AA meetings. We all love him, best Italian guy you’ll ever meet. And the therapist’s are amazing. The curriculum has been truly helpful and informative. I genuinely believe in this program and the staff here are amazing!

I went to PHP here after I completed an inpatient program last year and they helped me get back on my feet and continue my treatment.

I did this program and the structure is exactly what I needed at that point. It was intense without being overwhelming, and having full days of groups while still going home at night helped me slowly rebuild real-life… routines. The consistency is what really ended up sticking for me and was key to my success. The clinicians were solid and didn’t sugarcoat things, which I appreciated. It helped me transition out of inpatient without feeling like I was just being thrown back into chaos. Not a magic fix, but a really strong bridge if you’re serious about staying sober and getting stable.

I’ve known Sergio one of the owner for many years since we attended grad school together. He is as good as they come so I know I can trust him to lead a phenomenal facility. I trust him with my friends and family in… need of services. He cares and has a lot of experience. I highly recommend him and his team.
