Nurse was rude Receptionist was rude The M.D. talked down to me with not one shred of empathy for the discomfort I was struggling to cope with He told me to consume an entire days worth of gabapentin at once to treat my… symptoms I told the counselor the next day about this and asked the name of the dr he stated he did not know They let the the clients stay in group while nodded out 90% of the meeting Very unorganized There on the spot UAs are not acurrate after a false positive UA I was told the dr would not see meleading to unnecessary personal emotional stress Please if you need serious help do not come to this treatment center UPDATE:I left and went back to Silverman after three weeks of attending treatment here and after I did so the center called the new clinic and told them that I wasn’t getting what I wanted from them and I decided to switch back also stating I was dual dosing, and demanded to speak with my counselor to report back completely false accusations This is considered defamation They will attempt to sabotage your further treatment I wish I could give zero stars……. 🥺BEWARE

Definitely a solid 5 stars. From the moment you walk in your first day (still currently in program), you are greeted with warm smiles and genuine love. This program differs from others because of how genuine/personal… they are. They understand the struggles in n out but at Sibus, they choose to NOT GIVE UP. Rather than kicking you out, they choose to help n understand. Definitely recommend to anyone at any stage of recovery.

I luv Sibus. All the staff are very friendly. They make sure I have everything I need. They call me on my cell if anything changes. Most importantly, they inspire clients to want to stay clean. Great place to go for… help.

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff…from first point of contact, the doctors, and the informative counselor all to ensure you feel like family! They’re encouraging not discouraging, not to mention understanding in a low… moment in life. The location is not hard to find - setting right off rt. 1 in a cozy little bldg. that’s clean and refreshing, and not crowded at all…which could be important aspect under the circumstances. So, if you ever find yourself in need of a facility offering their services - you’ve found the right place!! 😇

Good place nice people who really try to help you get ya life back on track and just don’t care about the money like a lot of other places def better than pine heights and def way better then Silverman for anybody in… Howard county very organized and things always done in a timely manor which is hard to find in Howard county treatment

The people there are awesome. They will help you find resources you need and will go above and beyond for you. The place is brand new and very clean. Best place I've ever been to by far. If your serious about your… recovery then Sibus is where you need to go!
