What Phoenix Health Services – Baltimore offers, on record, is residential treatment, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Mental health and substance use are handled together rather than in sequence. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

I love Phoenix! Saved my life! Really a great program. With greater staff. I regained everything back that I have lost with my addiction. Now I'm continuing to climb and build. I appreciate everything Phoenix has done… for me. And I am going to continue this journey of my recovery. And I have to shout out to PRP! Because I really wouldn't of made it this far as quick as I did if it wasn't for all of your hard work, dedication and compassion in what you do! Miracle workers! And I love you guys. Nothing phoney about you. You genuinely cared. Which made a big difference in my life. More the just peers, councilors and case workers! You are family and friends. And I appreciate every staff here. Every single one has help me in ways that is shaping me into what I am becoming. Thank Phoenix!

I deleted last review bc AI keeps making mistakes. In my opinion ( not that anyone cares ) this is one of the most difficult places to recover in. I asked multiple people to help me and so far I have 0 people who… actually showed up ! 😭💯. I believe I will need to find another program I can go to bc I'm sick of being lied to!! Yes you are understanding now ! I need to say I've had a lot of things stolen here. Don't turn your back you won't have any property !Great ! I need to go make two thousand dollars regardless of what I have to do. So long as I don't displease God ! Once that happens I believe my life can only get better. I applied for food stamps and I have no idea if I'm ever going to see them. My wallet was found somewhere at not the last house but the one before that. I still haven't been able to recover the overdraft fees I had encountered as a direct result of that incident. One way or another I'm going to find a job. Idc if it's the lowest pay in the state. I really don't think that these places care any further than a ay check! After over four months I still have not gotten the proper mental health medication. I got the wrong ones, ones I did not need. Depression meds. I only needed depression meds because the place is depressing!!! Still no hope for the ADHD although everyone else knows I have it!!! Too bad everyone else isn't the doctor. So today I finally had enough and I go to my primary doctor who prescribed everything I needed. Only one issue. I can't get back to the program so now they going to play this game I left against medical advice. Please explain how this works? They refused to help me with the problems I have. I see another doctor who gives them to me the same day! Since I don't work and I don't have anyone to drive me to my doctor I will have to leave 🤷I will have a life again ! I know they certainly don't want me to get ahead. They really only want to keep me bc I have insurance. If I get better I won't need help! So leave me sick forever. It feels like everyone is trying to stop me. I won't be stopped and I won't be silenced ! Update I went to the doctor Friday three days ago I'm getting messages bc they couldn't get me the meds I needed I will have to make up that group 😅 I don't think so. That is, 💯 ridiculous to tell me you can't see the doctor 🤯 . It's sad it really is I have to spend a fortune going back and forth to take care of my health that the couldn't ever get right. I will pack everything I own in storage and go back to Mountain Manor asap. My Mother just said it best they seem very unorganized. Not to mention that this room has taken me over a week to clean something they should have done prior to placing me in the room . Snot on every single wall. I might have to call a lawyer this is not right 😡 to make matters worse no one wants to help me understand when there are groups. I believe that they are stealing AGAIN!!!

Writing a bad review because their car, which they have advertised at this facility did not look both ways and almost caused me to crash. I had to slam on my breaks. Get better drivers.

While EVERY program has their flaws I highly recommend Phoenix to anyone that is serious about recovery. The staff is caring and supportive and will go the extra mile. Toni Ann will make sure you get a therapist to fit… you personally and Mr. Mike Is always available to keep it 100 because we need that. Karisma is warm with a sweet welcoming smile while we count on Officer Davis to keep eversafe. Groups are informative and educational with staff that goes above and beyond.

Great program for recovering addicts in Northern Park Heights with mental health, supportive groups and classes and events to help clients in recovery UPDATE 02/17/2020 The above review was written under durress at the… request of management. I did not feel this way then and assuredly not now. They are about dollars NOT people.
