If you go to ICA, know that you should advocate for yourself. If you do, then I think you can get the support you need. I’ve had great experiences with 2 therapists here. The psychiatrist side is not as reliable, but… because I realized I needed to advocate for myself, it ended up being a positive experience.

BEWARE!! if you are truly looking for mental health please skip this place. They do not care about there patients and do NOT LISTEN. avoid them at all cost.

I would be careful coming here if you’re serious about getting professional help. The staff here don’t seem to listen to the patient. The director is very judgmental and lets personal feelings get in the way of treating… patients

Be very weary of this group. I am leaving a review after reading a legal letter written by this company for someone I am very close with. It is abundantly clear that Innovative Clinical Associates does not understand… their patients that they are prescribing medication to. It is very dangerous. I'm not even referring to opinionated things I'm talking about important facts that they were just wrong about. They stated false facts which effect the patient. If someone knows a way to sue this company for malpractice, please let me know. They are giving out serious meds without listening to the patient.

I have had issues with my mental health for the majority of my life. I’ve seen a lot of therapists and psychological doctors in the process of trying to heal from traumas. I always had issues one way or another where it… wouldn’t work out. However, this place is heaven sent. I am so pleased to have found these amazing people. I see Dr. Wu for my therapy once a week and she is so amazing and sweet. I’m so elated to have such a positive relationship with my mental health team. Dr. Besong does my medications and he is so understanding! The two work together really well to help me grow as the person I want. I also can’t forget Natalie who does the scheduling and front desk stuff. She is so responsive, kind, and on point! For the first time in my whole life I don’t feel hopeless anymore and it’s because of the team here. I’m excited to see what the future brings.

Came to psychiatric help for meds and went by smoothly, not sure how the counseling is

Do not use this company if you really want help. I started therapy there at the beginning of the pandemic with Wayne Marshall. As the weeks went by, he became more and more absent. I asked him if I should find someone… else to work with and he assured me I did not. It got to a point where I hadn't heard from him in over a month and when he finally contacted me I had to inform him that I was going to seek another therapist. He did not respond. Since our last actual conversation i have filed a complaint and requested a new therapist and I have yet to speak to anyone. I suffer from MDD, ANXIETY, AND NOW PTSD. I have been having suicidal thoughts and feelings of worthlessness and I am very ready to give up. All of which, he was aware of. The company does not seem to care too much. Which is disheartening.

I’m very surprised at the negative reviews. This place is very professional and thorough from intake to matching with the appropriate therapists. They have a full range of care from psychiatric to psychological. I have… been going there for more than two years and it’s been lifesaving.

So so bad... they forget who their clients are and barely pay attention. Staff making appointments are totally useless and snarky. They do not follow typical procedures and are basically running as many clients through… as fast as they can to collect state medical assistance money. Gross operation. No way they should be responsible for anyone's psychiatric care.
