Pines Behavioral Health – Coldwater Detox and Rehab Services
What Pines Behavioral Health – Coldwater offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.
Both conditions are treated in parallel, which is what the research supports. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Pines Behavioral Health – Coldwater Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 200 Vista Drive, Coldwater, Michigan, 49036. This address falls in Branch County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

I was wondering why the reviews were so low, but this is the type of people they have working here…
Failed to contact my mother of my brothers relapse I guess relapse isn't life threatening?? Anyway he passed away but they called while my parents were on way to identify body to inform he missed his appointment-THANK… YOU SOo MUCH
If I could give it 0 or negative stars I would. They truly love to waste people's time and let people do the majority of the case workers job for them. They literally did intake 3 times with my son because workers kept… quitting. It was so repetitive and unnecessary. Took me 3 extra months to get my son into aba therapy. Also someone walked up to my car asking if I smoked weed and if I could give them some. I felt unsafe to say the least. If you can go literally anywhere else. 😞
I've been going to pines for almost 3 months now and I am probably worse now than beginning the case managers don't know what they are even telling me I've gotten no help having trouble getting a job and homeless the… counselor I have tells me I have a lot of barriers in my way well no shit I know that help me take care of what I'm dealing with so I'm not a happy person with pines I would never send anyone there
Everyone was professional and polite. They worked with my 10yr old grandson who suffers from ADHD. He will be attending a class next week to help with anger issues.
I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about. Pines has helped WAY more with a family member than Lifeway's or Segue. They even offer group support for family members that are living with patients. I think… it all comes down to: you get out of it what you put into it. Nobody can do the work for you. If you keep showing up, do the things to change your reality, and use the tools you're given in therapy - over time things do change for you. I see a common thread that patients are saying they don't help, my family member says the same. He also wants everyone to do everything for him and I'm not sure he actually wants to get better. If you're looking for help with a family member, this is the place. It took years of struggling & living in hell to finally get help with our family member with his resistance. From an outside perspective & someone that has been in therapy for years, even tried lifeway's myself - Pines offers more than acceptional programs. It's worth the drive. It's all up to the patient's to get what they need from themselves ultimately.
this "safe space" will lie to patients about what the counselors are required to report and just about everything else, and they don't care when they destroy the mutual trust you've built
I had been trying to get help for a place. And I had been kicked out. Even able to pay rent. But the guy didn't like me. Wanted to harasse me. Then Anette and Angel sided with the guy. Then told me that they would… "help" me. Well they did the opposite. They were telling everyone how horrible they thought I was while just trying to seek help. And then also telling landlords I was destroying stuff. Furthering my drawbacks on anything. They say they help but only if you want to commit suicide do they even start to give a lick of a care. Even then they may still play around because they don't care about anyone but themselves.
For a place that claims they care, they sure as hell don't act like it. They recently dropped me as a patient due to a "lack of interest" on my end. Sorry to say, that when you father is dying of cancer, you tend to… gain a huge lack of interest in things. Appointment dates slip from your mind when you are watching your loved ones die. Alas, even though I informed them of this happening in my life, they choose to drop me as a patient even though they diagnosed me with severe depression and PTSD in the middle of one of the biggest crisis I ever went through. Congrats on doing the absolute opposite of your job.
This is the worst place I have ever been to I tried to get help, and my appointments were canceled three times. Top it off I received a letter in the mail saying I refused service when that wasn’t true at all. Very… unprofessional. Also want to point out some of the workers are on drugs there and was appalled when I learned they let anyone work there.
I fort went to pines when I was sixteen and I have always found them to be polite and repecful
Greatful
Can't go outside , nobody wants to play cards, have to share rooms , staff could be better ,food wasnt too.good. also the doctor just kept throwing different meds at me.
Staff are very Professional, confidential and take time to assess your needs.
I love pines they helped me in several ways with substance abuse groups to one on one counseling. They were amazing they even helped get me boots for work and helped me with women services. Absolutely amazing!
