You are on probation and need therapy. For any reason you miss 3 appointments.. they can discharge you. Then you can’t work with any of their 15 therapists for 6 months. That sounds moral to you? Here is the kicker…… they have your number. These aren’t therapists, they are bullies. It’s irresponsible to not call someone if they miss an appointment as well as immoral to not call them if the appointment… Is a phone meeting. They have no backing for this type of behavior and I’m throwing red flags all the way to the fraud department. - called into work. - over slept. - rushing. Any reason at all you may have .. none of them warrants 6 months (!!!!) period that you cannot return to this service. Sounds like they don’t have patience and they should be the ones going to therapy. Absolutely immoral and disgusting behavior. Lazy. Irresponsible. Underwhelming business to trust your personal information and mental ailments with.
Do not recommend. Violations of my HIPAA. Supervisors blowing me off after reporting this. Responding that you would be happy to discuss this further is absolutely ridiculous. We already discussed this. Your clinic… brushed it under the rug. Blew me off and protected yourselves. All services provided were stopped and I was labeled problematic. Traumatic. scary for your clients that was how you handled a situation like that. This is not a safe space.
If you need mental health help, this is the place to go. I wish my situation had allowed me to stay longer. The staff is beyond friendly and compassionate. This is exactly the place someone needs in a mental health… crisis. I want to shoutout Nina for making me feel more at ease from the moment I arrived. She truly cares about others and I felt less anxious whenever I had the chance to interact with her. Thank you CMMHC
This is the place to go if you are having a difficult time coping with mental health. The staff was so very kind, and INFORMATIVE. Was better than checking into the hospital thru CentraCare. If I ever need them, they… are ALWAYS a phone call away!
