This place is very welcoming and took care of me in a crisis. They found me respite housing and I avoided going to the hospital
Very poor service. These are not acceptable living conditions and you should have done more to help this person, instead of saying they seem fine and leaving.

I just got a attitude from the over night staff was made to sleep in a chair with no blanket and told I can't have my coat or sweatshirt....I came for one night to get to my rehab today yesterday evening staff was good… but the overnight lady is rude and disrespectful.i will be filing a complaint on her and hope she never talks to noone one like that again

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. They do absolutely NOTHING. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. IT'S JUST COUNTY WORKERS COLLECTING A CHECK.
This facility is beyond amazing. They give you hope and they go above and beyond, Brittany was my case worker was amazing. She truly cares and I can’t thank her enough. When you suffer from substance abuse you feel… isolated, this facility did not make me feel this way. Thank you again for getting me into a place that could help.
This center has an incredible team. Every person whom we encountered was kinder than the next. What a gem.
I would like to say the person I spoke to tonight not good with names but he had a eye piercing really was patient with me as well as letting me speak and giving me the feed back I needed and haven’t even had I… appreciate the help I got even if I showed up at 3 am I’m appreciative for that man and the talk helped a lot just ready to do the necessary steps now I need to take to better myself from now on. I felt hopeless and lost and now I know I’m not alone and can’t get the help I’m truly looking for everyone was welcoming and friendly even security and I felt I wasn’t being judged!.

They don’t want to help you. They just want to get you in and out to another place. If you’re looking for someone just to talk to like a counselor this is not it. They do not give genuine, caring responses. Sometimes… people just need someone to talk to. This is not the place. Totally unhelpful. I would give zero stars if I could. These people just want to rush you out of there. I can’t believe how this place is run. Truly disappointing for people just seeking a shoulder to lean on when they might be too embarrassed to talk to friends
