Hope House Inc – Troy Detox and Rehab Services

Hope House Inc – Troy is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Hope House Inc – Troy Address, Location and Contact Information

The facility address is 1724 5th Avenue, Troy, New York, 12180. Rensselaer County covers this area. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.

Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

Romona is the most competent and professional person I've dealt with in this whole process. I got a DUI out of state and NOBODY at either DMV knew what was going on or how to get my license back. I thought I would never… have my license again. Everyone at the DMV were rude (I can't say I blame them, it's a very confusing case). Not Romona though. Not only is she kind, but she bent over backwards to figure out what was going on and get the gears rolling. This woman exudes professionalism, and I'm so grateful that she is there. I hope they pay her well

Great people good program

Terrible experience. Not helpful in the least bit. The “counselor” I had assigned to me tried to tell me I had cocaine in my system after I had taken a drug test after I told her to show me said drug test said it was… another patients she had gotten confused with. Was sent there through probation and could have gotten me in a lot of trouble if she disclosed that information.

Good they monitor people BUT they set people up to fail and dont fully evaluate a persons needs and personality to help them. Would not recommend.

Awful place, they spring charges on you and you have no choice but to pay them. The "counselor" that I dealt with is totally inept, she didn't do part of her job because she "got busy" which is so unprofessional. I… truly believe they will not help anyone, they are just looking for their billable hours for insurance. Total waste of my time and money. I suggest going somewhere else.
