This place has been helpful to me. I'd left a negative review in the past,and ive removed it on account of the fact that they're there to help individuals who require their services. The establishment is professional as… is their entire staff. It was brought to my attention that the miscommunication wasn't their fault,in fact,the error was that of mine. The first appointment I had there with a counselor (who no longer works there) she was very informative. It was my fault that I didn't ask for a detailed rundown of their procedure to make my appointments,without error. The followup visit was when I'd learned that the counselor I'd been assigned had gone elsewhere. So I was not assigned another counselor for about 5 months. I was having issues getting picked up for my appointment with the transportation company my insurance covers. It was brought to my attention that it's up to the counselor to see me first,then we schedule the next months appointment and then my counselor is in charge of booking the transportation for me. Then I have my sit-down with my dr. I have a good repoire with my doctors and counselor(s) and I pride myself on being an exemplary patient. The fact I'm up and ready for my appointment,only to not be picked up and subsequently not make my appointment is bothersome to me. I have a lot of respect for the staff,they're always friendly and informative. Ive always been treated fairly and with respect,and I do the same. I am grateful for their support and understanding throughout the course of my treatment within the establishment. I sincerely appreciate their assistance. I fully endorse this practice and I encourage anyone whose considering their services to call and get treatment. Extra special thank you to Dr Coburn and Matthew,as well as Kaitlyn,my assigned counselor.

THEN DON'T GO HERE In the beginning this is a badly… needed service, but as you progress, you discover option narrowing to what works for them and the money they need to make in order to keep the ball rolling, which means doing A,B and C just so you can be given what you need to survive. ONCE you get a considerable amount of time under you and especially if you work , they need to see you once a month, I got it to two, did all that was asked, you begin to be treated as if you are in a holding area of an ICE detention facility that's never heard of HIPPA Laws. After I asked to not have my name shouted across a large waiting room, they gave me a hard time but eventually made note of it like I was the problem, they asked what I should be called, and I said how about just a number like you DO FOR EVERY ELSE! This way I can maintain what little I have left of my privacy. With clean living comes clear thoughts and open eyes. To go here is to have your eyes opened to view a starting point for medical professionals not yet groomed or out of school for more than just a short while. The two providers you can choose from deserve their own TV show, as one has anger issues and the other is as aloof as he is odd. Go here to save your life, when your got yourself together, go someplace willing to watch you grow, not bring you down or push medicine on you over and over again when you say no. Don't say I didn't warn ya. Onward and upward

They don't adhere to delivery times and agreements. It can take months for a product to be delivered from China. Temu and other Chinese companies deliver faster and with care. The Dutch branch remains completely silent!… Only positive reviews are posted on their website. I do not recommend this company!

My wife and I both go here and have for over a year and a half now and we absolutely love not only the staff but everyone here .. I would recommend this place to anyone.... Number 1 best recovery place

I have been to many clinics and rehabs over the years and fusion is by far the best experience I have ever had in recovery. At Fusion you will see that the staff actually cares about you and your recovery which is rare… these days.

The City of Menands is lucky to have such a resource available to help support the community and those suffering from… addiction. If there were negative stars we could post, we would. Fusion Recovery folks are mixing emotions with profits. They are a big for profit outfit and are using emotional marketing methods for financial gain. They have no… proven track record locally. Beware of the fake reviews on this platform as Fusion has barely been open for business in Menands.

As a Menands resident I can only echo the statements already put forth by Mr. Price. I don't have any problem with a counselling center per se and I applaud any effort to help those with addictions. I do, however,… object to the secretive way this facility appears to have been established and the cheap obvious efforts being made to silence a sleepy little community that they hoped wouldn't be paying attention (and almost wasn't). I also strongly object to it escalating to an OTP facility. I would hope I am wrong, but I find the positive reviews posted so far to be very suspect for a facility that has just barely begun operation (a couple weeks at most).
