This place gets you hooked on more drugs like Sublocade then refuses to give em to you so you are forced to relapse essentially and they’ve been refusing my mental health meds for a week. Screw this place seriously… needs to be shutdown the amount of misconduct this place is conducting. I came in for my injection they said I can’t get it cause I tested for marijuana and they also aren’t prescribing me my mental health medicine so in my eyes these people are trying to kill me really I mean I can’t take this place anymore just gonna look for a regular doctor

This place is horrible, the one in governor ny. They walk in your room without knocking. They are always touching or taking something that don’t belong to them specially this lady Nikki in gouvnor ny. She thinks she can… do whatever she wants it’s okay it’s not okay have some respect this is on going issue and needs to be fired. They way she treats people oh let me not to mention Mike who works there I called about him as hello, as I was getting info for the main office to call he ruse to give me his name and hung up. How cute is that. Now I will be making another complaint about it. These people don’t care how they treat other people. They let them do whatever to who ever people they don’t treat them like family they treat this as trash !

Not a place for mental health!!

Unfortunately, my Dr. Passed away leaving a lot of people scrambling for further assistants. I reached out to thrive and almost immediately was in their care. I was also able to receive the additional assistance that… was unavailable before. I've found them respectively caring and available where you need them. I only wish I had discovered them prior. You're in very good hands!!

Credo is an amazing opportunity for adults with children to stay sober. I stayed there for 8 months and I am still sober today. (3 years later). That place saved my life. The staff was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable,… FUN!

This place is amazing and caring people like family.

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants long term recovery and help building a foundation to get back on their feet the residential program was everything I needed at the time super clean, safe, and helpful the… clinical team was very well endowed in their field I can't thank them enough for all that they did for me if you can put forth the effort and take your recovery serious they will do all they can to match your efforts and see you succeed

Sad...methadone clinics are huge money makers for drs!!

I've sent multiple emails and called several times, but it seems impossible to get ahold of anyone. It feels like they just don't want to be bothered.

They care for you as if you were one of there own children.

Stay away from the halfway houses. The counselors in the men's house are just as toxic as the people they're supposed to be helping they will use anything you bring to them against you and will try to do the least… amount of work as possible. If you don't do what they say they instantly try to use legals against you and will use it as a way to control you like we're not human beings trying to better our lives. In all honesty I thought they were here to help me but in reality the counselor has produced more problems simply out of spite and his his own selfish sick twisted way of treatment towards others. The kind of guy that makes a bigger issue out of cleaning the floor instead of handling the countless people getting high within this place cause that would require some actual work. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. They have done absolutely nothing for me in this house. I've received more help from outside sources like the outpatient and in a program than what this place has to offer.

The staff is very kind and they truly do care about their patients .also they don't make you feel judged,like I have dealt with at every other out patient(just about,with the exception of conifer park out pt.in… Liverpool,ny)but all other places have always made me feel harshly judged.its hard to open up &be able to even begin to heal inside AT ALL in places where I felt criticized &uncomfofrtable..creedo has never not even once made me feel that way at all.thats important.anchor recovery in Watertown is also very caring & extremely helpful to addicts,(however,their not a doctor's office type setting, like creedo is,they are a diff.type of help for finding your own personal plan of recovery,&helping you to figure out what works best for you,as an individual in recovery.

The place is full of genuine employees would are super nice and actually care about you no matter the situation. It's very well run, super clean and confidentiality is taken beyond serious. The area is lucky too have… this business.

They have continued to String people out on their methadone program they now they never seem to win them down they actually even tell their clients that if they don't test positive for alcohol though up there methadone… that's not the programs point

2021 is not your typical mid 2000s experience with a completely renovated style of rehabilitation to clients without all of the past frictions that were placed on individuals

Staff seem to genuinely care about the people who are there And make it a point to not make you feel like you are being judged by them which seriously makes the entire situation easier to handle since getting clean and… sober is not a simple or an easy, and comfortable thing to do. They help you with just about anything you may need to help yourself.

We are very disappointed with our experience with Credo Farm. Our son was removed abruptly with no exit meeting. Many calls not returned. Referral to another inpatient was not followed through with. If they care about… these young men, why not provide them with what they need to find another fit for their needs. I believe there are caring staff there, but the managerial part needs to be addressed.
