Daxia Integrated Health Network – Watertown

Do not waste your time with this place. I've been going to them for almost 3 years now. It takes months to get anything done. They lose paperwork, they lie on paperwork, and a bill for services that you aren't actually… getting. This place is one of those scam centers so often talked about. I wasted three years of my life trying to get something done here.

Citizens Advocate is really a great place. They have many great people working there. Ellen is a great therapist, and Kim is a great Dr. I have stayed in 589 a few times and always had wonderful experiences. The peers… really do try to help, and the nurses are really good as well. Kathy really cares about what is going on, she is always following up with the peers to make sure they are getting things done with the patients. I am still being seen there, and I love being able to talk to Ellen and Kim, they care and help so much. When I see a nurse, they really care aswell, Kristina and Candy are great to talk to aswell. I can not say anything bad about my experience with Citizens Advocate, My experience there has been really great and I love all that they do for me. THANK YOU.

Absolutely amazing woman.

I went here asking for help in the middle of a family crisis. I was scared, I was alone, and I was trying to take care of 3 boys under the age of 5. A warning to anyone needing a PEER counselor. Brandi Gallo was our… PEER counselor and she did the exact opposite of what I was told I was getting help with. She's no different than the people at DSS. If they do not like you for whatever reason, they will make your life worse than what you came in asking for help with. She made it impossible to get housing for a family of 5, decided we didn't deserve the opportunity for housing because she didn't like me. She deliberately messed up some of our applications and didn't even fax others she promised to fax. She didn't explain to us how to file the income form properly even after asking us to come in 3 different times to 'correct' them knowing we were choosing between gas and food money. My husband was on leave from work because of this emergency, so no income was coming in but he was still employed and she filed that we were lying about our income resulting in losing our apartment, losing our DSS benefits, and losing our SNAP benefits, knowing we were barely surviving. This women Brandi Gallo is pure evil and the fact that she is still employed and getting access to people to hurt them made me obligated to try and bring awareness to what this woman will do to people and is obviously getting away with. Not to mention having to deal with her hover on doorways when I'm in Citizen Advocates to evil eye me the entire time I'm standing there. I can't believe someone like this is allowed to work somewhere that is supposed to help people. She got away with leaving a family homeless and without food when she is contracted to help people get out of these situations. And let's not forget all of the things she promised us she would help us with, she didn't keep her word on any of it.

Good support system and good, understanding, and kind people especially when it comes to Lanie McCauley and Kimberly Sloan and Jennifer Heath.

She is awesome, always looking for a better way.

I have an excellent therapist and my psychiatrist has gone above and beyond for my mental health. The staff is always supportive and available to help.

Very compassionate, understanding, and everything that you talk about with them you can tell they actually care and listen. I have been to so many different counslers and this is the best place I have ever gone.
