Best service

If I could give no stars I would. I drove 40 minutes for an appointment only to get there and the doctors is running 30 minutes behind. That’s fine no problem but 10 minutes after that the nurse came out and said he was… ahour behind, but more like two hours. How does that even happen?

Hey family Metro Bedford is a medical facility I've been coming to before it was Metro. Nice staff and very good medical practioners *****UPDATE***** We continue to get quality service at this location. We would like to… give a shout out Customer service rep Cal for being efficient and in helping and assisting us with my mom's appointment

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Lab is always closed. On 2 different occasions I called before I left work early and I was told they were open and when I got there they have been closed all day

Dr Arthur Boyd is by far, hands down, without a doubt the worst Dr I could ever even imagine having to deal with. He fails horribly at communication and will ghost you without a second thought if he simply does not want… to communicate. I was happy to see a younger man, who was also a minority in this position and is why I chose him. Big mistake on my part. Will never even step foot inside this location or anywhere he works.

Terrible white nurse dance around my mom saying she doesn’t have C-19 while saying my mom does delusional ppl need to do their job this happened today she needs to be fired thinking she’s privileged

This is the worst service l have ever gotten from this hospital , poor service , no genuine care and love to patient. I have a yearly appointment for my kids which comes up automatically every 8/31/ of each year l just… called today and the appointment lady told me l have to come in October but l called in June 2020 and they told me l don’t have to call they will reschedule automatically 😢 my kids are to go back to school next week

Angel Williams is the best! She listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I can tell she was genuinely concerned about my health.

The atmosphere is horrible the most unprofessional people I ever seen. The receptionist that check in people were laughing at patients I'm never coming back to this ghetto environment again. The black bald man with… glasses on was talking about people. Just ghetto with my anxiety I can't deal with the ignorance

Dirty examroom, the sink contained bloody bandages and the nurse was unsanitary when cleaning up bandages, touched facet with dirty glove, didn't clean counter or sink adequately. Just sprinkled water over sink with… same dirty glove. On way out there glove to regular trash can in room, which landed on the floor and walked out with dirty bandages in container.

Waited in the exam room for over an hour before the doctor came. Nurses were rude and the atmosphere was extremely unpleasant. Once the doctor did come in she was ok. Was not able to bring up everything I had wanted to… not only because I felt rushed but I didn’t want to be there for over 3 hours for a check up.

Decent place. Staff is pretty friendly. Only complaint is they constantly call us about rating their service.

Went to my appointment on my lunch break, checked in and asked if the dr was running behind. The girl at the desk checked and said the dr was running on time. After waiting in my room for the dr for almost an entire… HOUR, I asked why I haven't been seen or checked on then finally they told me the dr was running behind and only had a nurse practitioner available to see me. I later found out the dr was "training" and decided to start just before my appointment without having the decency to say a word to me. I missed 2hrs from work and never even say a drs face. NEVER AGAIN METRO! I had horrible past experiences with them and 12 yrs later I see nothing has changed!
