Clinic Security and Logistics – Fairborn Address, Location and Contact Information
319 North Broad Street, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324 is the address held. Greene County covers this area. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

Clinic Security and Logistics – Fairborn Reviews and Ratings

I cannot recommend this treatment facility. During my time there, there was significant staff turnover, and I lost confidence in the program's ability to provide a safe and ethical environment for people in early… recovery. I became aware of serious concerns involving inappropriate sexual relationships between a staff member and clients, which raised major questions about client safety, professional boundaries, and oversight. Of all the staff recently terminated, only Candace Montgomery desereved being fired for being a preditor and having sexual relations with several male clients in early recovery trying to better themselves at this location. This was reported to management many times. It was rumored that the company kept her because she kept the location's numbers up. Apparently she did more than that. I believe anyone considering treatment here should carefully ask about staff supervision, ethics policies, and how complaints are investigated before enrolling.
Happy new year. This past year has been full of so many obstacles. Some more difficult than others to overcome, yet with the right people being placed in my life at the right time, all these obstacles have been… overcome. i want to thank the previous manager and the Full Circle Staff at Fairborn location for the support and direction that they gave me. As a recent graduate i was blessed to have an amazing group of staff members show me so much. i would give a 5 star review all day long. They respected and loved me until i was able to respect and love myself. i was so lost when i came to Full Circle. Honestly, i had no intentions on staying but i thank God for Rick, Regina, Kensy and the rest of the staff that saw something in me when i couldn't see it myself. They challenged me. It wasn't easy but it was worth it. They showed me that i mattered, that i have value, and that i am worthy of a better life. Sadly there has been a lot of changes at this location and not for the better. Under new management many of us have watched the staff be bullied and we have all heard homophobic derogatory remarks from Miron about the sexual orientation of one of my brothers here. Several of us have relayed these statements to the current staff but we have been told that it has been passed on and there is nothing else they can do. There is a since of constant fear in this building now. So many people are leaving and relapsing. i have overheard the staff talking about wanting to leave. When we can't trust the staff and the staff can't trust the boss, there is a problem. If the staff doesn't want to stay why would we? Now that i have graduated, i am no longer afraid to speak up. i am not afraid of Miron or his prejudice threatening scare tactics walking around acting like a CO. i am not afraid to do what is right. i no my worth and my value and i won't be bullied. The staff might not be able to speak out on our behalf but we can.
A beacon of hope! They'll fight for you when you won't fight for yourself.
Full of great people and a life changing environment
This a great place, never felt so comfortable in my recovery until I got to Fullcircle the staff actually cares if you care it’s not what you make it it’s what you do to make it I RATE THIS PLACE 5 STARS ID PUT 10 if it… applicable
Full Circle is a great option for a person whom is trying to get they're life together and stay sober. They are very respectful and trustworthy program. I recommend it for anyone who really wants help.
Hi, I'm a recent graduate of full circle Fairborn. Fairborn has had a great impact on my life, I've been involved with a variety of positive things that has helped change my Outlook of life, from getting my health back… on the right track, getting my housing needs for the future started my spiritual journey knowledge of how and what is needed for me to live soberly. All my documents license information social security card birth certificate they were able to provide transportation to ensure that those things were obtainable that provided me with the resources that made all those things possible. My counselor Rick Smith has been there for me from the start helping me to challenge myself to understand myself and what is needed to do to make myself the man I was meant to be. Along with case management team that gave me the comfort to open up and be honest with them and myself,so the could help me with what was needed for me to make the correct changes. Anytime I needed anything to help with my recovery they didn't hesitate to make sure those needs were met. They help me get warrants taken care of even coming to advocate for me in person in court, speaking on my behalf Mr Smith personally came and spoke for me to the judge along with another Peer from Fairborn full circle. I have been challenged to do things I never thought about doing myself, digging deeper to find out the source of my addiction and to get to know the cause of my problem. Nowi plan to keep understanding more things about my former self,so I can provide my new self with what I don't need, unlearning all the old habits and putting use to all the amazing skills I have learned here at full circle Fairborn.Sincerly Jemuel
This place and the people involved literally changed my life and equipped me with the tools to change and become a better human being. To all the staff here,Im forever grateful
Full Circles, Fairborn location has been an amazing experience. I learned more about myself than anything else. I was able to challenge my own obstacles and challenge my own processes. Thank for the guidance. My… accomplishments have exceeded any expectations I had
Thank You so much full circle for all the chances you've given me over the past 3 years All the counsers and case managers who have invested their time and resources with me. I've been in and out of this program more… times than I would like to Admit. I have Faith that one day I will make all of you proud and appreciated. Not once has anyone made me feel bad or like a loser because of how many times I've come back. Thank you Personally Rick for explaining to me that as a human I have value and am not a worthless lost cause!
I have had the best experience with full circle everyone is truly there to help you succeed. If you're ready to get your life back they will help you along the way and show you some resources you might not be aware of.… Give them the chance you deserve.
Full Circle Fairborn has been nothing short of a miracle for me. The staff without question provides impeccable care to clients including myself, and the passion they show daily for what they do is a guiding light! I… xame in with a desire to get my life back on track, and they helped challenge and guide me to do so. Today thanks to the staff I am responsible, self-sufficient, and active man in the community. I continue to strive for these things each day and with the staffs support that is possible. Thank you is not enough for what Rick, Amber and the entire staff has gifted and graced me with. May God continue to bless you all! My full appreciation to you all!
I write this pure of heart, no Ill will at all. I have been to a few facilities over the years. Everytime I get stronger in my recovery. Coming to full circle in Fairborn I was excited to try and make a new life.… Unfortunately I didn't feel the program had enough structure that I needed pretty quickly. I voiced my concerns and most of the staff understood and wanted to help me in any way, even if I needed to go to another program. Unfortunately the head of the Fairborn program Rick took it extremely personally. As soon as he heard I was considering tryong something new, he became condescending and spiteful. I had to take videos of interaction with him because his passive aggressiveness. I got him on video treating his staff like a dog telling her to quit talking and was being toxic and it was creepy. He is toxic to the whole center. Besides Rick, the program is great. I listened to the staff and kept an open mind and stay but the shadiness made me uncomfortable so I took the next steps and went to a new program. The program is great and offers support in many ways to get a life of recovery. There isn't a lot of community like you'd imagine. Fairborn is a temporary spot as well. When your time is up in iop, you are moved to another place in Dayton. .. Anyone helping others is great in my book. There's always a bad apple anywhere you go. Unfortunately he is the bad apple boss and while I been there staff quit over his toxicness. This has been my experience and I won't go into details. I just want anyone who see this to know don't let one person question what you're doing or get under your skin! We do recover. I learned acceptance and patience there. The rest of the staff want to help you and will match you energy! The owner of Housing Scott is a great dude
