This mental health service is outstanding, the therapist offered support that improved my confidence and emotional stability significantly over time.
Staff always disappear from the desk and leave you waiting for nearly an hour, waiting room is cramped, plus they dont help smokers
Do not go here if you or anyone in your household smokes, they wont see you if you do, youll find that out if you ignore this review and go in for a intake. Also, they are very unprofessional in regards to following up,… for example after i had to find another doctor because of the whole smoking thing, they still offered me a case manager, and not even half a week before the appointment (which i already took that day off work for) they call me and said i needed to pay for a different insurance provider, which is impossible, because open enrollment isnt until fall, plus, why not tell me up front that you dont take the insurance i got? Waste of time, waste of effort, your better off going to a five rivers health center, or even a walk in clinic
It was very hard to get myself to reach out for help for a long time. The moment I did, it went nothing but up from there. Recovery and Wellness has been nothing but nice and empathetic. Just over a month and a half, I… have felt a positive difference with my mood, motivation, relationships, happiness, and my body. My therapist and I connect via video chat on the weekends which makes it very convenient for my busy teenage life! Not only was I recommended by a friend, I have continued to recommend people I know when they mention they are struggling. Not only that, I found a lovely place that took my insurance (which not many places do) and it is in the same building where my pediatrician used to be, which gives lots of comfort and familiarity. This place has done nothing but benefit me and I’m so thankful :)
