Eleanor Health – Akron Detox and Rehab Services
Eleanor Health – Akron appears on the register for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Eleanor Health – Akron Address, Location and Contact Information
You will find this provider at 789 White Pond Drive, Akron, Ohio, 44320. This address falls in Summit County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

I had one appointment with Eleanor health via telemedicine and wasn’t a fan. Due to insurance issues I’ve had to use quite a few virtual suboxone providers over my 8 years of sobriety and Eleanor Health is the only… place where the doctor required me to go get an in person blood draw as well as an in person physical. No other provider has needed nearly that much, all other providers simply require a virtual drug test once per month. Out of all of the virtual suboxone providers available to use out there Eleanore health seems to have the most hassle.
I've had a very positive experience with Eleanor Health. Everyone (Dr. and Nurse) have been very professional and personable. I would recommend Eleanor Health to anyone! Thank You
I have been a patient with Eleanor Health/Athena Almost 2 years now. I like all the medical staff and I’ve been very pleased on how they care for me.
I appreciate the prompt professionalism of everyone who works here! I've never been anywhere that I felt I could be my authentic self. Thank you guys!
Good service nice staff members, doctors and nurses
This is the best organization I have ever worked with they are always on time and they get to the point and it only takes me 10 minutes and I am finished an on my way. I like my new nurse she’s awsome.
I was so worried coming here in the beginning because I'm not good on computers, but they were so patient with me teaching me how to do it even though they didn't have to. I love it now and can't believe I didn't try… this years ago. Thanks❤️
Best place to help me get clean. If u need help call Eleanor Health.
Very great and wonderful people to work with
They help me in every way possible an they make sure I got everything I need for my appointment they always ask about the month that's past an if I had any troubles an offer some extra counseling thank God they are here… for all of us that goes there at Eleanor health
My experience with an Eleanor Health is very good. I have learned so much since I’ve been working with my therapist
I think Eleanor health is one of the best treatment centers I've ever investigated be used with great results from the treatment that I received they have a proper way of handling your special needs which makes it a… little nicer than some other treatment centers that I've tried
I looked for almost 3 years to find someone that cared enough to REALLY help...found ALOT of someones that want to help! It's like talking to a close friend that really supports me in every aspect of my journey to be… healthy again! Cannot express how much Eleanor Health cares! Thanx!
I am extremely happy with all the services I have received with MAT,Phsiciatry, Peer Support, and the doctors and nurses are all the best I've ever come across in the addiction and recovery fields!
Awesome group of people! that actually care and take the time to help you in many different areas in life, from PTSD to addiction, Don't hold yourself back on your journey to a better you!!
The People here have been extremely Professional, kind, understanding, they don't look or treat you like your a Nobody, at this place, they make you feel like your somebody, just someone who needs help, and they truly… Provide it.
Eleanor health really saved my life! I have been on soboxine for years, and I was cut off suddenly when I couldn't pay a $25 co pay. So when I started to withdraw from soboxine, I didn't know what to do, so I started… using again! Then I knew my life was going to be short if I didn't get help fast! I was looking for help on the internet, when I came across Eleanor health #. They got me in right away, and I had an awesome nurse named Lisa. Lisa was very understanding, and patient. I was going through withdrawals! I seen her and my new doctor that day! Now my life is back on track! These people are great! I recommend them to anyone!!! Again they saved my life!! Forever greatful!! Thank you, Eleanor health!
I can't begin to say how grateful that I am to had found Eleanor! I've been with many other providers, but none like this! The WHOLE STAFF is caring, compassionate, and understanding, and they are genuine. I've been… with them over 1 year and they are they have been with me every step of my recovery journey, without judgement. If you or anyone you know is struggling with addiction, I highly recommend reaching out to them! I am so glad I did! I, honestly was in a really bad and dark place and I can't thank everyone that I work there enough for working with me and helping me to gain back control over my life,
I am so fortunate to have discovered Eleanor Health! Every person I have encountered there genuinely cares about my recovery and has gone out of their way to support me in my particular circumstances. Through… encouragement and medication, rather than punitive measures, I have been able to succeed.
I've been in two other treatment programs and I can honestly say from first visit with Tim I knew I had choosen the right treatment. He made me feel so at ease, no judgement, he listened to my situation and made me… believe I was worth helping. Tim is excellent with being supportived and understands where your coming from. Then there Bonnie she just the greatest, I can say I look so forward to our weekly visit she totally understands me and doc and nurse Lisa, who by the way makes you feel so comfortable, are great to. All in all best choice ive made in long time. Thank you Eleanor Health..
Outstanding team members, some of the most down to earth, kindest people I have ever met. If you need help with anything (and I mean anything), this is the place for you.
If you're in need of help - this is THE place. I am in a season of my life I cannot avoid and NEED to go thru it. I needed help. I found Eleanor Health online and really appreciated the virtual visit options. The staff… are all exceptional and really seem to care about me and how I'm doing. They listen without judgement and I feel heard and understood. With their assistance, I consistently see improvement in myself and my situation and I look forward to future growth and contentment with my situation. I also love how quick and easy it is to schedule and message them. If you're looking for someone to help you thru a yucky time in your life, I strongly suggest reaching out to Eleanor Health. It'll be one of the best decisions you'll make like it was for me! Best wishes to whomever is reading this. You CAN get thru anything! Just do it!
As a long time, medicated-assisted treatment patient, I can attest to the fact that this is the greatest improvent to treatment to date. It actually makes treatment work with your life and schedule and not be a… hindrance to all around recovery. The staff are extremely nice and professional. They truly have your best in interest in heart.
