They got rid of all psychiatrists that dispensed medications. I had seen Dr Cox for 10 years and just like they got rid of him. Will never use them again.
Front office staff are rude. While I was sitting and waiting for my appt, all I could hear them talk about was Harry Potter and sex. Great conversation for patients to hear. Then when you get to the psychiatrist, they… can't even tell when you are having a bad day. You answer questions with 1 word and they just keep going. Not to mention starting off the appt with the fact that they are no longer doing medication management, why go into details about "how you are feeling" when they don't care and dismiss you.
Horrible experience when my dad had some health problems with his meds. He is legally blind and there was no patients in the unit in the back besides him he is 80 years old and he fell. They never done an X-ray or cared… to. I took my dad out of there because they refused to give him the meds he needed. They are an awful place I will never step foot 🦶 in the stress unit again.
They are so insensitive and dismissive. Put on an addictive medication for 6 years and so quick to let you go and not help with anything.
Great place to go for any of your needs whether it be therapy or psychiatrist! David is truly amazing and he is very helpful. He’s been the best therapist I have had and I have been going to therapy for years and I… couldn’t find the right one until I came here! I definitely recommend looking here if you need help! Staff is also incredible and caring!
